We had a good and comfortable stay in BSA. When we arrived and checked in the receptionist said that our room was upgraded with no additional charge. Very convenient as it is located near SM. Food is also great. The only thing that is not okay is that the comfort room has no bidet. Also the bed has black stains. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and I will surely come back here.

Parking fee is expensive. Thanks

We checked in on a Saturday and were only given 1 key card. When I asked the receptionist why we only have 1 she said because it was a weekend. Now, my friend who was celebrating her birthday and I went up the room only to find it smelling of cigarette. I called front desk immediately to ask why so and I was told we were given a smoking room. Nobody from our party smokes cigarettes, and I wasn't asked for preference when we checked in. I really thought they were going to give us a new room when I called front desk, but they just asked housekeeping to come up and freshen the room, which at first helped but we stayed there for 2 days, and boy do we smell of smoke whenever we went to the neighboring mall to eat. Checking out of the hotel was a hassle, too! We were given a room at Tower A but we had to check out at Tower B! There was a long waiting time. I don't think we'll be staying there again.

We've stayed here a couple of times, but it was our first time to stay without shampoo and soap til we check out. But overall, our stay was still great.
I’ve been at bsa many times but the most recent I had was not that good in terms of the room where I stayed it’s too small, no couch, the bed is not soft, WiFi is not working, microwave not working very well but I did not ask for any assistance since it’s just for a night.

OK for a quick stop
This is actually not bad if you don’t mind staying on an old hotel. We booked a 1-bedroom unit at 47th floor with a nice city view. The “bedroom” was just wooden a wall partition with a sliding door. Only one aircon unit inside the bedroom but the top partition is open and so cool air should flow out to the rest of the room space. They also provide a fan. It has dining and kitchenette which is a convenience when travelling with a toddler. The furniture are old, though is fairly clean. Shower works well. No issues with the toilet and drains. Wi-fi OK. Breakfast can skip. We didn't manage to have a look of their pool. Need to pay extra for parking, rate is per night. I would stay here again probably if just need a convenient place to sleep for the night.

the highest twin towers in PH
We had a 3 day training. Was able to accommodate us in just a day's notice! That was super fast. I love their rooms complete with kitchen, range, microwave oven, kettle and other necessary utensils, and dining table. Breakfast - must experience is the scrambled eggs, which is super cheesy. Buffet. Good and filling. They have a lagoon pool at 52nd floor. I was not able to see their lap pool and gym, for lack of time. Very secured place. To go to your floor, you must tap your card key. Thus, if you don't have the key, you wont be able to go to other floor. With high speed internet. Password under the TV set.

A Little Disappointing
THE BAD Ok so let’s begin, looks great on the website, nice pictures and the rest of it but for me it was a disappointment when I turned up. Really small reception, very dated decor. Signs of wear everywhere, chipped wood, chipped floor, crumbling, plaster, cracked paint, ah man. When I entered my room, there was hair on the floor, I had to call room service to clean it, and the stuff they swept away, well, ermm, not good. When they came to adjust my bed to make it a double from two singles, the guys found a power bank, maybe left behind from a previous stayer, they sneakily picked it up thinking I didn’t see and I’m sure they nicked it. Broken looking sockets on the wall if your tall be careful you will bang your head on randomly put cupboards and such. THE GOOD Internet was good, fast and steady never lost connection or slowed down. The hotel is very close to SM MEGA MALL, the 2nd largest mall in Philippines and the 5th largest in the world. It's ridiculously close so that as good. There is a half decent gym and a swimming pool on the top floor, which was not bad, not big, but not too small. The staff are friendly also. I didn't have food so not sure if that was good or not, but the mall is close and has over 250 shops so suggest you find an option there if fancy options. The hotel was around £40 a night, cheap by Europe standards but expensive for locals. It’s meant to be a 4 star but more like a 2, if you don't to spend too much and don't mind the niggly defects throughout then this is ok, great for lone travellers who just want to put their head down or small groups of friends who will be out most the time. If your taking your misses on the other hand and your trying to impress then unless you’re not in love with her anymore, or you’re trying split up, I would avoid.

Good Location
What I really loved about the place is its location, it's just behind SM Megamall and also near Podium. The rooms are clean, they have everything you needed and they provide enough utensils for the guests, they just don't provide hotel slippers. The Free WIFI connection is good I was able to do my work. Their housekeeping staffs are also good. What I didn't like is the elevator, it takes too long to wait, there are just too many people who goes in and out of the building everyday. Also I didn't liked their pool though it's not too crowded and the size is just okay. What I didn't like is that they put too much chlorine in their pool and my skin had an allergic reaction, specially on my face where I felt some stinging effect for the whole day. But overall it is a nice experience we would definitely book this again.

Total disaster! The only good thing about this hotel is its location, other than that.....
We had issues from day 1! The room that was reserved was not the room I requested, so we waited for over an hour to have the room we requested; air conditioning was leaking on day 2, when the leak was fixed the airconditioner was not cooling properly 17* felt like 28*, rang housekeeping, nothing was done about it; toilet not flushing properly on day 3 and waited for over half an hour, i had to call back to follow it up! Service was a nightmare, staff/door men at Tower A were lazy and unattentive to guests! Manager at cornerstone were we had breakfast was very unprofessional; microwave not working; first time i checked-in in a hotel that don’t have and doesn’t provide face and hand towels, asked for a hand and face towel and i was given a BATH TOWEL! The complaint just goes on and on! NEVER AGAIN!
