- Family vacation
The pictures posted was taken maybe more than 10 years! I think the place is not healthy for living! Ants all over the place, molds on the furniture, walls, beds, everywhere. My nephews had rashes all over his arms. Faucets and sink not functioning, no well maintained place. We were supposed to stay for 3 days but decided to shorten it. The place needs a total renovation! Not value for money 👎

- Backpacking
The place was great and the staff was very accommodating. However, I noticed that the place was not properly maintained. I was looking forward for a good stay as what was showed in their website photos and reviews. I ended up deciding to look for another place to stay seeing the disappointed faces of my niece, nephew and our PAs as the mini pool was not available at time. In short the paid booking was sunk cost. On a positive note, the room is still good to stay if you wanted to unwind and indulge yourself with a most deserved sleep after a stressful corporate errands. Thank you to the staff who was very accommodating. I considered it as a stellar customer service.

- Romantic Vacation
It was really great. We love the vintage aura. and the caretaker (Kuya Val) have been nice to us. He even extend assistance to buy us if we need anything that they do not have like toiletries. And the Whole Body massage we've had at their Queen's Spa felt really good, I even fell asleep. 😁 The bubble bath was very relaxing. We'd surely go back. 😍👍

- Backpacking
When we got there, the whole place was so dark. There are ants everywhere in the rooms. Rooms are not yet ready when we get there.
6.1
Went with friends and to be honest, it looks like it was not well maintained. The pictures in the brochure is way back to the days it was newly built but now it looks haunted and all the amenities are no longer operational. We booked a townhouse. No WiFi though it was stated that there is WiFi, the furniture are old and not sanitized, the utensils are incomplete, only the freezer works, the garden is not pleasant to use, one of the air-cons is not functional and the bedding looks like they have been there for ages. The male caretaker is nice but hard to find. The female caretaker is snobbish and talks unpleasantly. Overall, If it weren't for our being backpackers and easy goers, this place is very unacceptable.

You get what you pay for. No toiletries provided. But their personnel is very accommodating it's just the inclusion of the stay which is poor. The townhouse is not that clean.
