Nice hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Everything is great. Just a bit disappointed with the breakfast because I was expecting buffet breakfast as based on the reviews and my husband even asked the reception about it, but instead they gave us set menu. Other than that our stay is good.

Back again to friendly faces
Such a warm place to visit in cold Baguio City...smiling faces, courteous demeanor, nothing beats a friendly atmosphere especially when we have to go through a challenging learning journey to understand the context and the changing roles and responsibilities.

Good enough
I stayed with my family for overnight stay. We occupied 1 family room and 1 deluxe room. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. It is a budget hotel so i did not expect much but breakfast is good and room is clean enough. It is near Camp John Hay and other commercial areas. No mumu here :) so we will most likely be back. Special thanks to Ms Pia who is very fast to respond and flexible to our kakulitan.

Small but just right
As a single traveller I can't complain about space having been given a double room. The bed was small, which was worrying at first as I hoped to get a good night's sleep but it proved to be comfortable. Found TV channels worth watching, which was a relief as I never get to watch TV except when travelling. Breakfast was not a buffet but the options were more than adequate and tasted great. Staff were always friendly and quick.

Small but Comfortable
The place is very near the victory liner bus station and dining places that are truly nice. Only downside is their small restaurant by the lobby and the moldy rooms. Staff are very nice and accommodating and food is good. Wifi is also decent.

Well, It’s OK But
Chalet Hotel is a tiny, pretty hotel in Baguio. A boutique hotel, the room is tiny but tidy. I just used it as a day room to freshen up from my trek from Mt. Pulag. The hot shower is working and breakfast isn’t buffet but plated in from the menu. The selections are largely Filipino but there’s Intercontinental and American too. A hair dryer is available on request, the Wi-Fi is fast. The waitstaff, front desk, housekeeping staff are polite. What I consider as a let down is that used pillows were stacked up on sofa chairs by the elevator. Anywhere I look, on every floor, left or right corridor, there were unattended cart for housekeeping and were unsightly. Otherwise, this would have been a quaint little hotel that lives up to its name as a ‘chalet’.
