SECURITY 0/5!!!! The security su***! They should have logbooks right?! This is how other hotels/inns do and not just rely on the CCTV. They have CCTV’s but the in charge cannot be reached! We checked out early, like 6AM because we have a boat to catch at 8AM (already booked!), unfortunately, there is a car that is blocking us at the parking area. So we asked the security guard to help us locate the owner, he said, “We’ll check CCTV first to know the time the car went inside.” So, I went to the receptionist/front desk to please check on their CCTV. But they answered, “It's closed Maam because the in charge is still not around.” Told them they have to do something! Or are they willing to compensate us if we failed to catch our boat on time? They said, “We’re still trying to contact the in-charge of the CCTV maam!” I asked them to call all the rooms occupied and to check who is bringing with them a car. They said “we cannot do that because, its still too early!” My God! I am already stressed but it seems nobody is having a sense of urgency. At 6:30, the girl from last night, the one who checked us in, went out and I asked her to please help locate the owner. Kudos to her, she started calling all the rooms occupied atm, but still to no avail. At 7AM, I went to the parking lot and tried pushing the car, it moved, so I called my husband and said we can pushed it. So, we were only able to got out of the parking lot at 7:15AM. How? We pushed the car (with our bare hands!) out of its way! If only they keep a record/logbook! CLEANLINESS. 1/5 The room they put us in has a cockroach in the bed! Like it was crawling in my head! But since I was already sleepy, I did not bother to call/inform them na. These are the areas that needs improvement! So if you plan to check in this hotel, think about it.
