서클 인 - 일로일로 시티 센터

주차가 매우 편리했고, 위치도 좋았으며, 근처 쇼핑몰까지 걸어갈 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 호텔 음식도 괜찮았습니다. 소음에 대해 말씀드리자면, 교회 쪽 객실은 낮에 꽤 시끄러울 수 있지만, 바다 전망은 훌륭합니다. 또 다른 단점은 제가 예약한 객실(아마도 가장 저렴한 객실이었을 겁니다)에 냉장고가 없었다는 점입니다. 기념품을 사서 상하게 보관하거나, 시원한 물을 즐겨 마시는 분들에게는 불편할 수 있습니다.

The room and view were exactly as advertised. Great meal service also.

Checked us in late. Very poor wifi, no signal. Power outage, generator didn't work. No complementary bottled water, no mini fridge. Lost water board at their pool, they were not able to find it. Poor accommodation.

Clean rooms, accommodating front desk clerk

No bidet. No doormats, floor can easily get wet. Not sure if it is grout or mold coming from the tiles on flooring in the bathroom, it was black. Room did not smell clean and aircon was too noisy. Pool was dirty, with cockroach too. Front desk people seemed nice and kind but they gave us a room that isn’t ready yet when we checked in. Wifi was weak. Frequent brownouts, hotel had generator but that caused sky cable to not function.

this hotel has a good location however I see some concerns regarding on the room that the hotel provides us. first is the door knob is loosen, second is the comfort room has a bad odor even do its already sanitized, 3rd the aircon is not totally cool.

4/5 Hotel was clean and nice. Plus, they offer good food though it's a little bit pricey. Staff were not so friendly. We asked if they offer tour and airport shuttle service but they told us "it should've been booked prior the travel period" without even looking at us. We've also asked for alternatives but no one seems interested to answer our inquiry. Overall, it's value for money. Location is 5 minute tricycle ride to Jordan Port (If you're planning to go island hopping in Guimaras)

There was a cockroach on the curtain, strands of hair on bed linens. Good thing computer and printing is available at the lobby Needs improvement in maintenance and cleanliness

Stinky room, no complimentary bottled water. We stayed for two nights but did not gave new set of toiletries.

Accommodating staff and nice place to stay😃

SECURITY 0/5!!!! The security su***! They should have logbooks right?! This is how other hotels/inns do and not just rely on the CCTV. They have CCTV’s but the in charge cannot be reached! We checked out early, like 6AM because we have a boat to catch at 8AM (already booked!), unfortunately, there is a car that is blocking us at the parking area. So we asked the security guard to help us locate the owner, he said, “We’ll check CCTV first to know the time the car went inside.” So, I went to the receptionist/front desk to please check on their CCTV. But they answered, “It's closed Maam because the in charge is still not around.” Told them they have to do something! Or are they willing to compensate us if we failed to catch our boat on time? They said, “We’re still trying to contact the in-charge of the CCTV maam!” I asked them to call all the rooms occupied and to check who is bringing with them a car. They said “we cannot do that because, its still too early!” My God! I am already stressed but it seems nobody is having a sense of urgency. At 6:30, the girl from last night, the one who checked us in, went out and I asked her to please help locate the owner. Kudos to her, she started calling all the rooms occupied atm, but still to no avail. At 7AM, I went to the parking lot and tried pushing the car, it moved, so I called my husband and said we can pushed it. So, we were only able to got out of the parking lot at 7:15AM. How? We pushed the car (with our bare hands!) out of its way! If only they keep a record/logbook! CLEANLINESS. 1/5 The room they put us in has a cockroach in the bed! Like it was crawling in my head! But since I was already sleepy, I did not bother to call/inform them na. These are the areas that needs improvement! So if you plan to check in this hotel, think about it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We had a nice short stay here.

The room isn't super clean. The smell wasn't nice and there's no complimentary bottled water available upon check-in. Also, the swimming pool has a lot of dead mosquitoes.

The room was really clean & comfy. The staff was really nice! 😊 The food also was really cheap but worth it. The only problem was their comfort room, I wanted to suggest to install bidet. This is a really good hotel, I am encouraging everyone to try this one out. Good job Circle Inn's Staff.

Generally, I had a good stay. Wasn't able to check in early since they were fully booked the day before, but they allowed me to leave my things. The room was spacious, as shown in the pictures. Soap and toothpaste were not provided. I had to ask the front desk for slippers. They close the pool at 9pm. I came in late and the pool attendant was kind enough to accommodate me so I could enjoy the pool for a few minutes. Wifi was strong!

The stay was okay but I must say the front desk who assisted in my check out was a bit stingy. Two thumbs down for her.

It was the second time we stayed at the Circle Inn. It was a great experience! The room is clean and well-furnished. The bed is super comfortable. The food is also affordable. Great stay!

Super yummy food and at the same time not pricey. The rooms are clean and very friendly staff!

I had a pleasant stay here in circle inn, the staff are very accommodating and always smiling.

Okay naman yung facilities ng hotel. Sayang lang talaga kasi 6 hours lang kame dun kasi need na nameng umalis para next destination namen. Suggestion: Sana merong Free Coffee sa bawat room. Thanks and God bless.
