Excellent service and location. Got the Expedia VIP room upgrade for free and the room was quite nice - spacious enough for my partner and I. Breakfast buffet was delicious albeit a little limited on options. Got a in-room massage for a reasonable price (they provide 24 hours service just call ahead of time). Lobby is gorgeous and front desk staffed all hours with security out front. Only real complaint is bathroom shower drain design was such that the water puddles and drains quite slowly. Convenience/ pharmacy and W-Mall are all in walking distance (less than 2 blocks). Definitely check out the nearby Gala Food Park. This large indoor food court is a unexpected hidden gem where you can dress up in a Japanese yukata, grab very Instagrammable pics, and eat/drink cheap but yummy Asian cuisine (such as Japanese, Thai, Taiwanese, Hong Kong Chinese, Viet & Filipino) or "Western" foods.

Citadines provided us with a delightful and comfortable stay in a convenient spot close to numerous shops. Also they allowed us to check out late for half the price which is amazing! Highly recommendable!

Unsure about the VIP treatment is said it was un upgrade but seems like no upgrade same as any other room. The only positive comment I would have about this place is the dining area staff were very nice out off the amenities here they were the only ones that spoke and try to connect.

At first we stayed in an average 1 bedroom (729). There's a big TV in the living area that wasn't working, so they have to call someone to fixed it and put a limited channels.
The bed has bugs, i woke up with 2 bites on my ankle. We called on the front desk and they immediately moved us to different room, which was a bit brighter with a pool view.
We stayed for 4 nights, it was a good experience and enjoyed it with our family.

Fairly close to Shopping Malls and easy access to parking

Carpet has a musty smell. The egg is station could be more efficient if the person is more communicative. Eggs is a staple part of breakfast. Reducing the waiting time for the egg dishes( except the boiled egg)would be a nice change.When we were assigned to our table for the breakfast buffet, we were missing coffee creamers and mugs, which usually is already prepped on the table for the guests.

Location was good, premium suite was roomy.
Lack of channels for TV movies was very low... Tried to extend the room for one more night, lobby staff said no rooms were available, I signed into Expedia 15mins later and reserved the same room they said wasn't available

Near Mall of Asia, with moderate walking distance. Adjoins a small Waltermart shopping center with large supermarket. Good amenities. Friendly staff. Room was on small side but clean and comfortable. Check if there is adjoining room as we could clearly hear couple in adjoining room.

The room had an odor when we entered, which may have been from the AC. There was cockroach in the shower that freaked my wife out.
