We stayed from Dec 29 and check out on Jan 3. Clean room and friendly staff. Overall it was a good stay. We just had a little bit of an issue getting the wifi pw from the frontdesk everyday. We stayed for 5 nights and we had to get the PW daily. Something they might want to change. And 1 of the security guard assigned during our first 2 night stay was not helpful and was even dismissive. We were asking to be assisted on the parking he just said it was full and we should just look for another area to park our car. We asked if he can recommend a place he said it was up to us because he cant help. He was rude. Something that might change our mind on staying again and the same reason why I am rating service as unsatifactory. But the other guard on our 3rd day onwards was more helpful and respectful.

Value for money. Family had a pleasant stay and my son particularly loved the pool. I’d like to ask the management to give attention to some simple matters though: A hatstand or a coat rack on the wall for pants/jackets and the availability of a hair dryer in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Overall it was a nice experience. Location is very accessible. Staff are very accommodating to our requests. Although one area for improvement is their towels, linens and curtains. You can easily spot dirt from curtains and even the bedsheets. Towels were not hotel quality (looks worn out due to color and roughness). Given the impression they project, these “small” details can make or break the guests impressions.

Friendly staff. Although the washroom is quite dirty and the tap water was smelly and there are times that it's dark. But overall, it was satisfying because it's near malls and other stores, and the view is good. :)
