The one encharged is not that cooperative but some staff is OK doesn't issue tissue paper not unless you should request for it no hot water for bath overall accommodation is better than not having anything at all.

Quad room was so small. The picture showed two storey but we ended up on studio unit with no table and chair. Just beds with CR! Pictures were fraud! Useless reservation.

We didn't have electricity for the most part of our stay. The management didn't even bother to inform or update us until we asked about the details of the power outage. No apologies were received from them either. Also, complimentary breakfast was bad and the selection of food at the hotel's restaurant was overpriced (considering its quality). Overall, I'll give my stay here 3 out of 10.

There was an ongoing construction so we keep on hearing loud noises from morning to afternoon. Then at night, some of the guests were not sensitive enough as they pass through the hallways, they were talking loudly even at 1am, so we were not able to get some decent sleep. When we first entered the room, there were LOTS of mosquitoes. Good thing they have insect repellent so they sprayed it all over our room to kill the mosquitoes.

The room is dusty, smells stale and the beds are made with bamboo and very thin mattress, ratty towels and blanket, also the restroom door won't close, no privacy when you use it. Water heater not working. The receptionist even asked for extra 500 without issuing receipt. The resort is very shady, I don't like it all! Definitely not worth the money. I hope they improve though, this is the worst stay I had 👎

I don't recommend this place. Its way too far from what you can see in the photo! I booked a room with complimentary breakfast, to my surprise breakfast was like a joke, see photo attached! Seriously, don't give complimentary breakfast just for the sake of giving it. I wasted my time going to their resto - I should've ordered somewhere else had I known! It was posted in their room that breakfast is served from 6am - 11am, on our 2nd day the lady receptionist on duty last feb 4 at 1030 was unfriendly, unpleasant so annoying to talk to ,informed us that breakfast is no longer available because its already too late, and if I wanted breakfast I should go and check myself if they will serve for us! I asked her why it was posted and says 11am if they only serve until 10? She said I should go and check myself! I thought it wasn't worth it after all because the breakfast was really aweful. Not to mention, room was dirty, towels are very old, toilet was dirty, you cant even find a single hook to put your towels and clothes when you need to take a shower! See I don't usually put bad reviews and comment like this, but its just fair for those who are planning to go to lu - please give yourself a favor, find another place to stay, been to lu so many times and I know a lot of good places and accomodating staff

The room is spacious, but the electric fan wasn't working. Also it would better if you provide more options for breakfast. The only thing available were hotdogs and ham (both are pork) Mr friend is a muslim.

There’s a pros and cons. I like it because they’re not that strict and they’re doing their best to give everything you need. The complimentary breakfast is not that good. You just need to choice if ham with egg and rice or hotdog with egg and rice. Actually, the food is not satisfying, they should improve in terms of that. But, what I like in Costa Villa is that it’s near at the beach. Like, walking distance lang. Over all I love my stay in Costa.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but It seems that they didn't even bother to check the room if its clean before someone else uses it. Bathroom's door was broken. Bed was slightly dusty. AC's smells bad. I guess this hotel is just good for those who really wants to enjoy the beach and more on surfing activities. But for those guest whose looking for something comfortable sorry but won't recommend this type of hotel.

Room was not clean. When I checked the bathroom it was wet like somebody just used it. I also think the bedsheet was already used by other guests prior to us. The TV was so blurred. The area itself smells like pee. In the middle of the night there was somebody hammering somewhere and its really disturbing.

While I appreciate a well air-conditioned room and clean sheets, the bathroom has a weird funky smell. Hope they fix it.

Horror accommodation. Stayed for the holy week, they overbooked the hotel and couldn't figure out as to where they would put all the guests. No respect for reservations. They did not even change the beddings when we arrived and haven't cleaned the room. AC s**** too. Don't stay here.
