1. Upon check in we found out there were no towels in the bathroom, we called twice and waited for 40 minutes and no one gave us any. So we had to go down to concierge to ask for towels. Honestly even sogo has towels. 2. We came back and found out there was no toothbrush, we called twice again, waited another 40 min until someone gave us brushstroke. 3. In the morning the wifi didn't work and the cable tv didn't work as well. Honestly could our stay get any more frustrating. And again we called twice for someone to come out. 4. The closet door in room 805 is broken 5. There were no slippers, even cheap ass hotels have service slippers. 6. The furniture smells horrible, referring to the old couch. It looked expensive but smells like it's 100 years old. 7. When we checked out they did not give is a check out slip for parking so again we had to go back up to get it. We asked around and found out there's a new general manager and there's a shortage of toothbrush. And cable boxes hasn't been replaced. This is very embarrassing for a so called 3 star hotel. I would give dragon inn all your stars because I think they give better service. What a shame, I will not bring my family to your hotel. I hope this message will reach your management team. Thank you.

Family vacation
The staff are actually accommodating and nice. However, the hotel itself is not. The rooms are old, windows are dirty. There is a cap of a certain container clogging the sink. Wifi not always working that you have to reset it all the time. I just think they have to renovate and update their amenities as a price of 7,400+ php clearly did not go with what our hotel room should be.

Romantic Vacation
Got upgraded to Deluxe room for free. Nice comfy bed. AC kinda weak and fridge not working. Both ok with us though. Overall satisfying for us.

I wrong to thus this hotel, check in only have 1 staff an take almost 1 hour, i order suite room in 34 floor and they have 2 lift 1 lift can go to 34 floor but is not working so I have to use different lift but have to transfer to different lift in 19 floor, during breakfast first day so crowded so I take breakfast the hotel I think small area, thanks

Family vacation
We booked 2-bed room suite but given 2 deluxe rooms due to plumbing issue on the day. Room/hotel is outdated; wifi is weak. Cable tv not working. No bidet!!! Breakfast is so-so.

Accommodations vary in size, ranging between 32 to 93 square meters. Each lodging comes with free WiFi, complimentary slippers, daily newspaper, a view of the city skyline, free breakfast, televisions with cable channels, climate control, private bathrooms with adjustable water temperature, and daily housekeeping.

Crown Regency Hotel and Towers has an abundance of amenities. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools that have poolside bars. Guests who enjoy the nightlife can spend time in the hotel’s very own bar and nightclub. For families looking for activities their kids can enjoy, Melvin’s Reef Blacklight Mini Golf is found right inside the hotel. The hotel even has its own 4D movie theatre.

Many of Cebu City’s attractions can be found within walking distance of Crown Regency Hotel and Towers. It is a five-minute walk to Fuente Osmeña. In line with the recent advisory by the Philippine Government, we have received the necessary Certificate of Authority to Operate (CAO) from the relevant authorities for Crown Regency Hotel & Towers - Cebu to accept room reservations for Essential Travelers:  
- Guests with existing reservations under any Accommodation Establishment within Luzon as of March 17, 2020, and outside Luzon as of May 1, 2020
- Foreign Guests who are transiting through, or are otherwise temporarily staying in, the Philippines for a short period and will leave the country
- Long-staying Guests
- Distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
- Repatriated OFWs in compliance with approved quarantine protocols
- Non-OFWs who may be required to undergo mandatory facility-based quarantine
- Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs)
- Employees of agencies and instrumentalities of the Government including Government Owned & Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) and Local Government Units (LGUs), especially health and emergency frontline, border control, and other critical service workers
- Healthcare workers and other employees from establishments that are allowed to operate during the ECQ/MECQ/GCQ pursuant to the IATF Omnibus Guidelines; provided that their place of work is located within the same Community Quarantine Zone

As proof that your guests qualify as an Essential Traveler, the hotel may request the following documents depending on the qualifications presented above:
- Roundtrip Travel Ticket
- Quarantine Certificate stating completion of 14-day quarantine & negative PCR-test result
- Company ID / Proof of Profession
- Certificate of Employment/Profession stating the Purpose of Travel
- Travel Authority from the Joint Task Force (JTF) CoViD Shield (except APORS: government, medical, and authorized business workers)
- Medical Certificate from the Municipal/City Health Officer of LGU where LSI was stranded
- Letter of Confirmation from LGU of Destination

Be advised that the hotel may decline your guests' reservation when no government-mandated proof can be presented upon check-in. 

As we intensify our efforts to keep everyone safe, all our hotel properties go through regular disinfection procedures to control or kill infectious agents and minimize the risk of spreading diseases and viruses. 
As part of our safety protocols, we are also asking for your utmost understanding and cooperation on the precautionary measures that we are currently implementing in our hotel:
UPON ENTERING THE PROPERTY
• A temperature check will be done at the hotel entrance. 
• All security guards and frontline staff are required to wear facemasks. 
SANITATION& DISINFECTION 
• All common areas with heavy customer contact are disinfected regularly. 
• Sanitaryalcohol and hand sanitizer dispensers are installed in all entrances, reception areas, and front offices. 
• Comfort rooms are sanitized every 30 minutes. 
OTHER PREVENTIVE MEASURES 
• In-house guests are visited in their rooms twice (2) daily for temperature checking. 
• Guests and employees who are experiencing flu-like symptoms, headache and/or sore throat may seek medical attention from the assigned company nurse. We will follow theDepartment of Health (DOH) protocol. 
GENERAL REMINDERS 
• Hotel guests and employees in public areas shall strictly observe social distancing. 
• Per Executive Order issued by the LGU, curfew in some cities shall start from 8PM to 5AM. 
• For sanitary purposes, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be served through room service, and we'll be using disposable items when serving. Room service is until 8PM only. Please take note of the schedule of the serving of meals:   
BREAKFAST - Serving Time 07:00 AM Dish-out Time 08:00 AM
LUNCH - Serving Time 12:00 NN Dish-out Time 01:00 PM
DINNER - Serving Time 06:00 PM Dish-out Time 07:00 PM
• All guests should put their soiled linens outside their rooms to be picked up by our housekeepers. New linens will then be replaced and will also be left outside the rooms. 
• Change of linen is only upon guest request and any other requests will only be until 8PM. 
• All our housekeepers will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance to the directives of the government. 

Besides these, we are also compliant with all directives coming from the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Tourism (DOT), and other concerned government agencies. Once again, your safety has always been our top priority. Together, let us work tirelessly for a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
