i checked in early, and was lucky enough to have an available room in the uppermost floor, with a cityview ( overlooking the roofof the nearby mall) Unfortunately was close to the exhaust machine in the rooftop, and the noise it made was heard in the room. the staff readily transferred me to the next avilable room, where i discovered a fully functional TV.

Staff were very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Location is walking distance to SM Mega Mall. Good size room and bathroom (tower wing, twin beds) and attendants cleaned daily and did a great job! We had a wonderful experience and wonderful stay. Thank you Shangri-la staff

What a wonderful place very pleased with the staff and the facilities. Tess is a wonderful woman that works there I would highly recommend her to anyone she has a great deal of knowledge and is a very loving and caring person concerning her guests. The pool in the garden area are amazing The bar is outstanding that's out there by the pool The meals are pretty good too you can't go wrong please take your time to enjoy this place

Very safe area well guarded. Surrounding very clean. Staff always friendly and willing to help.
Equipped with nice big gym, clean sauna , jacuzzi. Pool is huge and lifeguard is always watching. Food and drinks is too pricey. Overall highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Tower room was really nice, quiet, and clean. The bed was wonderful. The 90-min massage at Chi Spa was wonderful and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was somewhat hectic and crowded but lots of variety for everyone’s taste. Received a late checkout so. I was able to extend my use of the hotel facilities. The health spa is also very nice.

Great time in Exec Tower. Pool is large and better suited for kids than adults with slides etc, but plenty of chairs. Very good gym but I didn’t use the sauna. BF not bad, great selection but Exec breakfast obviously much smaller selection but I preferred as quiet and had all I needed….can be busy and hard to find a seat.

The best staff. Customer service from when we got picked up from the airport to the hotel . Very accommodating . Definitely would recommend. It’s close to the shopping and restaurant . Not to far from the airport . I would booked again. The pool is nice, spa , and their restaurant.
