Good hotel! Staff very friendly. In the center of the city.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in because of the overall service. When we visit hotels, we value/prefer good staff/accommodation from the hotel's employees as there are a lot of reviews from other hotels about discrimination from our own people (me, being a Filipino myself) as some staff would prefer catering to foreigners. So we were very happy with our stay here given everyone was treated equal. Cleanliness and amenities were add ons. 😊 Probably the biggest fitness/gym that we've seen, thus far. Definitely worth coming back to.

We enjoying the experience in Edsa Shangrilla Manila because they upgrading our bed into a super king size bed it's perfect for our honeymoon. The services- awesome Reception,Staff and Security -very accommodating Location: perfect to stay it's within mall and transportation

I had very satisfying stay. The room was very nice, although I had the room in the other side of the building, which take longer just to walk from lobby to the elevators. The staffs was very helpful, friendly, and extremely polite. One thing that bothers me, I still can hear the next room whenever they go to shower, considered I am a light sleeper, I couldn’t sleep while the next room had their shower at 2 am in the morning. But above all, I am very pleased staying there. I don't book with breakfast so I cannot tell about the food, but they have a very famous banana cake, and it’s really delicious.

Highly recommended! We super love the pool area. Hotel staffs are accommodating and polite. We will definitely book again next time.

Got a good deal, spent my birthday weekend here. Sent me a cute cake and it was delicious. Kids also enjoyed swimming! Will definitely go back!

Breakfast buffet was very lousy. Room was ok, staff was great.
