Just had issues with their showers and AC even though we transferred already into a different room but cleanliness and as well as staffs are great
The room itself is very nice. But we didn't get soap and shampoo, good for 2 people.
No compli bottled water....we arrived late at night with half-filled 4 liter bottle...lo and behold, they do not provide any drinking glass even if you request for it..after so much "pleading", roomboy finally knocked at our room to hand a paper cup..at least, they tried to provide, I guess from their own supplies
Hospitality of the staff is best. The room is okay with the price. I commend Ms. Beverly for her great work. The entrance from the mall though closes at certain time. I had difficulty finding where to go through.
Our room doesn't have a drawer or cabinets for clothes. Shower floor is so dirty. Only accommodate early check-in with a fee of 560php. If late check-out also with a fee of 560php. This is the only hotel that has 11am checkout! No complimentary water and no water station.
The room was just big enough and clean. There was no bidet and floor mat available during our stay which is kind of inconvenient for us. But the location is very accessible to the malls, restaurants, and main road.
Close to city center. Bed is comfortable
Beside Robinson's Bacolod. Value for money.
I booked my trip in advance so I was able to available to promo. I only paid 1,200 for 2 nights. I enjoyed the ambiance and the comfort the room brings however we did not like the aircon. Yes, the aircon. It wasn't because it was too hot. The temperature of the aircon was at its minimal. We called for their staff to adjust the aircon for us, still it was not the temperature we were looking for. Regardless, I enjoyed the convenience and luxury Go Hotel offers at a small price.
People are friendly and place is accessible, but there were cockroaches and the WiFi connection is bad.

More convenient than other Go Hotels branches
I loved this Go Hotel branch (I've also stayed in the Iloilo and Dumaguete branches). It has a small diner right on the premises so you can have breakfast at 6am, which is super convenient if you have the whole day out for tours. It's also adjacent to Robinsons so easy access to Calea and other dining options. The room is small, as in other branches, but clean. The beds are also comfortable. They also have a booth where you can sign up for a seat in a shuttle that goes to The Ruins. We only had to pay P50 per way (pick up and drop off at the hotel) per person, even if there were only three of us who rode the van. We also had an in-room massage. There's a booth in the lobby where you can book for a service. If you're looking for a clean and inexpensive place to sleep in, Go Hotels Bacolod is a good option.

I've stayed in a few Go Hotels around the country. Very affordable accommodations. Go Hotels Bacolod can do so much better in terms of maintenance. The bathroom doesn't look very clean and the airconditioning unit drips. Service is pretty good though. Staff members are very nice and accommodating.

Look for Other Budget Hotels
Tried this hotel for a business trip around September 2017, it was recommended by the local staff their due to its central location and nearby mall. Arrived quite late and unfortunately the mall was already closed at 8pm so we were not able to catch dinner their, the nearby park also had very limited dining options. Room was small but right for it's size, but the aircon was so weak and could not cool the room right away, took a shower to freshen up but the water pressure was so weak and piss poor, it was not a jet shower but a drip shower. The free toiletries were so small that it melted in just one washing so I had to request for another set. When it was about time to sleep, aircon was still very weak and incapable to cool the room, was so tired to even complain. The TV programs suddenly stopped broadcasting any channel and it was very difficult and confusing to navigate. No proper instructions were given, though there was a channel list. Electrical outlets were unstable when I plugged in my cellphone charger and kept making a clicking sound. The saving grace here was I availed of an in room massage service, and she was quite good and I was able to relax a bit and doze off to sleep. If you have a higher hotel budget look for other hotels instead of this.

First time, staff very polite
1. Accessibility - well know to airport drivers so not a problem but it just feels weird that the main entrance of the hotel is facing a residential/ vacant lot; it can feel a little worrisome to travel at night because cabs prefer to take the unlighted shortcuts 2. Location - conveniently located beside Robinsons Malls and major jeepney routes but no stores open at night 3. Check in process - fast even for those walk ins (as I've observed). But I feel they are understaffed (as most Go Hotels) esp during peak seasons / hours 4. Rooms - smaller (got a twin room) and looked a little older probably with the wooden decor but it looks clean enough. Bathroom has water stains though and the rainshower's lever is unhinged and it does not look clean to touch with the water stains 5. Staff - polite and helpful. This branch still takes the time to explain the SOPs unlike other Go Hotels but can save time if they ask if the client is a previous Go client

Basic Hotel for Business Trips
Went here for a business trip last July 2017. Go Hotels is a subsidiary of the company I work for so my colleagues and I stay at Go Hotels around the Philippines during our Biz Trips. Commute from Airport was not much of a hassle. I suggest to use Grab than to rent one of the airport cabs which will charge you P500 (they don't have an on-hand receipt so if you need one I suggest you use Grab instead, rate is pretty much the same, P400-P500) It will take you around 30-45mins depending on the traffic at their main roads. The room is basic, a decent sized bed, clean bathroom with water heater and working cable TV and AC. It's pretty much the essentials tho the TV has a lot of channels and good signal which is a bonus :) The hotel is at the back of Robinsons Place Bacolod so you can buy your necessities there. Also, there is a showroom where you can buy pasalubong with affordable prizes. :) The thing I enjoyed with this hotel the most is the quaint little cafe at the ground floor. Wego cafe is full of colorful doodles inside. The ceiling, walls and tables are full of colorful drawings that are very much instagram worthy. Food is okay and has same prices as ordinary local cafes. :)
