The place is just next to Rob Bacolod. They have spacious parking. It 's in the city so it 's accessible to most places to visit in Bacolod. Staff are ALL welcoming and friendly! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

There's a door inside our room that can be used to go through another room. Though it's close its not nice because the noise from other room can be heard like the baby is crying all the time at the other room. We can't rest properly.

Rude front office staff. Requested my room to be cleaned when I went out for lunch but it was never cleaned. Requested again but staff insisted I didn't request before 2pm.

The place is good but the receptionist are not! I'm very disappointed on how they handle customers. They need to be train on what good customer service is or your business will be in line.

Internet connection was very bad and unreliable It can’t even send a 250kb email at night. I won’t recommend staying here when you are in a business trip. You can’t make any video or audio calls as well.

We had a hassle free check in. Just a suggestion though, please install a bidet in your toilets or provide a dipper. Also provide signage leading to the hotel.
