Very convenient from airport to nearby robinsons mall

It was a peaceful stay. The place was quiet and tidy at all times. I just with the WiFi connection would be faster and available.

There is no free toothpaste and toothbrush.

Quick Stay! I usually book here because of its location. Near Robinsons, terminal to and out of Puerto Princesa. This is easily accessible by jeep from the Airport.

Pre-book during room sale
If I got a room booked during room sale, I'll not complain about anything because during promos, they give rooms for as low as $6 USD per night good for two pax. I will not get a room here or any Go Hotel branches at regular price. But hey, of all the negative things mentioned here, Go Hotels will always be a safe place to stay. Go Hotels Puerto Princesa (or any branch) has 24 hour security. Room keys are electronic and safe in each room is available. Each room has average sized bed and the a/c of Go Hotels always do the job done perfectly. Towels are free in each room (2 towels) plus 1 shampoo and 1 tiny body soap. You can get a toiletry kit at reception for $2 USD. Like any Go Hotels in the country, Go Hotels PPC is a 2 minute walk to Robinsons Place Palawan making the hotel an ideal place to stay in (though SM City Puerto Princesa is already open and nearer the city center). Reception is fast and efficient, does not have to be too overly friendly. It was our 2nd time to stay here, the hotel has all girls in reception the first time we stayed, and all boys in reception after a year (2nd stay). The security guards say all reception girls already resigned, when I asked where the receptionist ladies are.

Hue Hotel PP Palawan Amazing
Free airport pickup at 9:15pm at night was very welcome. The Hue hotel is new and staff go out of their way to make guests welcome. We arrived at the hotel just in time to order dinner for three people before the restaurant closed at 10pm. The food was so amazing we chose to eat there both evenings. (We never usually eat at our hotel except breakfast!) cocktails and wine were superb and after two weeks travelling through the Philippines this hotel was a real pearl and yet no more expensive than most others we stayed in. Well done to hotel and restaurant staff as you do a fabulous job at assisting guests with perpetual smiles. Thanks! Denise, John &Brodie from Singapore & Australia

costumer service must be the priority
i travel alone after my work from el nido to process something. i pass manytimes in this place wĥen going back. i am a little interested and curious of this place and try to stay. the place is good and "price of juan" the problem in my room has no closet or cabinet to put my stuff so my thing scatters inside, towel is quit rough and hard the color is not white anymore. The staff are frowning and not smiling in the front desk "hello guys we are in hospitality business remember!!! your smile can ease everything so please approach everyone with a beautiful smile guest are not the one to please you you are suppose to please them!!" I think this could be better than Hue Hotel where i used to spend my night. hopping guyz if you served Juan served it well!! but i am thankful for staying here. hopping for the great improvement.. Thank you

MEH: You get what you pay for
•very standard--comparable to Red Planet and Ibis hotels •room - enough space for 2, looked a bit dated. aircon was adequate •bed - my bed was squeaky but was too tired to complain. Blanket and pillows smelled clean. 2 types of pillows provided--memory foam and standard fluffy pillow. •bathroom - looked clean enough. With exhaust. Rain and handheld shower but water pressure was not as strong as I want/or am used to. Enough counter space. Toilet flush/plumbing was good •elevator - nonexistent (very helpful staff to compensate) •amenities-almost nonexistent. I was expecting a universal hand wash/shower gel/shampoo concoction but was provided with one sachet of shampoo (i always bring my own, but just putting the information out here). On the second day, housekeeping provided a mini bar of soap in exchange for the floor mat that was provided the previous day. •adequate power outlets in the room, with in-room telephone •wifi connection-virtually nonexistent. It's there but you can't log in. Didn't bother to have it checked since I have mobile data connection anyway. •early check-in flat rate at Php560 (which I emailed to inquire a day or two prior to arrival, but only got the reply when we were already checked in) •very thin walls--you can hear people speaking loudly outside •lobby coffee shop serving plated breakfast meals for Php180 with unlimited coffee--did not try as longganisa (sweet native sausage), tocino (sweet marinated pork) and western processed meat platters didn't really appeal much to me. Coffee smelled really good though •location--it's only great if you want to be near the Robinson's mall. The hotel is definitely not within the city center/Rizal avenue/airport. However, I'm not sure how close it is to touristy places. •main mode of transportation apart from private cars is by trikes. I think I only saw two taxi cabs during my 3-day stay--one of which was one we took going to the city center (its taxi meter was defective by the way) •definitely won't stay here for personal trips •good note--service staff very friendly, helpful and polite--even the sleepy housekeeping staff who delivered our towel replacements
