Shower curtain bottom part dirty. Shower head very trucky to use. It aims only to the wall. O had a hatd time keeping the spray inside the bathing area.

For the price, it was great. No frills, but we were very happy for the one night we stayed and will stay there again the night before flying home.

The hotel had a nice large bathroom but the drain wasn't working right. The fixed it about 15 minutes after we asked about it. So great service! The location is hard to find they need a better sign but it's well placed to explore Cebu going malls, the seaport, and the airport. Google maps is your friend and follow it to a T.

Hotel is on a quiet side street that taxis may not know. Have a map handy. It is close to SM City Mall and there's a convenient small shopping area nearby. I had a large room with window to hotel parking. Basic. Reception/staff are great.

I have no issue with the room and staff. The noisy neighbours are the deal breakers for me. Dogs barking all night, roosters and loud music even at 3am.

Overall its very good for the price value. Although the aircon unit is small for a family room its not cold.

Its advertised as luxury, but other then the staff, theres nothing luxury about it, but it was fairly inexpensive, so cant expect much. Beds are hard, cheapest mattresses Im sure, only 2 pillows. Breakfast isnt worth going for unless you just need something in your belly. Air conditioner has hard time keeping the room cool during the daytime (for sun facing rooms) No air con in main hotel, only in your room and I think dining area had it too. No refrigerator in the room makes long stays a bit harder. And no way to cook. Cold and Hot Water available only.
Overall it was a ok stay, my worst complaint is the uncomfortabilty of the beds, the breakfast, and not having a refrigerator.

Not as advertise. Especially the breakfast part. If you call it as that, at least give some effort to present a decent breakfast. Not just an egg and rice. It was appalling. Irregardless of price range , the last thing of your mind is profit and gains. Reputation and word of mouth is everything. In this case, I can say , it's zilch.Blanket is mediocre. Bath tub is stained. Room is great tho.
