They have accommodating and friendly staffs, they even booked Grab car for us. Their room is clean, the place is cozy and they even have mini dinning area outside the room where you can play board games with family.

The only problem was with the WiFi connection but overall the place and room was good. Staff were also very accommodating.

We came in at 8:30 am and they let us leave our belongings at the lobby. We were transferred to White Hotel and our room was upgraded to premier room. The hotel staff went with us during the transfer and paid for the transportation.
My stay was Ok. I hope the INTERNET is better next time around.
Great for backpackers. Not that clean.
Nice hotel. Staff are very accommodating.
Great experience. Until next time
A good, but a little pricey for backpackers
The location is strategic. However, cleanliness wasn't maintained well. This can be improved.
Loud. You can hear people talking outside of the room especially when your room is on the ground floor.

spartan and easy location
The best about hometown is its central location in Lacson St. Easy to locate for a first timer. Beside ABS CBN and Tom & Tom's. I like my room because the bed is big and is good for 2.A/C is working well and there's wide horizontal mirror above the bed. No free breakfast. There are utensils and kitchen tools to allow cooking in case guests want to scrimp on food. The bath area though can still be improved by providing hooks for clothes to hang and change the shower curtain or remove the water stains.

I booked a room by phone and was told yes sir its confirmed. On the day of departure they texted me and said my booking was cancelled due to no down payment. Even after explaining to them the situation they kept saying we did text you but put simply they lied no text received asking down payment. They customer service sucks and I could never recommend this place.

Affordable and great location :)
I'm really happy that I found this hotel. It's located in Lacson st in Bacolod, where most of the dining places are within reach. You just have to walk across to get to Pendys, walk a couple of blocks to your right to get to Bobs, L'Fisher Hotel, Calea, Felicia's etc. Further down to your right via jeepney will get you to the city hall, goverment grounds, market, church and the famous Manokan Country! Walk to your left from the hotel will to get you to Tom and Tom's cafe, Bascon and a jeepney ride to get to Robinsons mall, Ceres bus Terminal, and a tricycle terminal that can take you to The Ruins! This is a budget hotel so don't expect much. They have AC, Wifi, single and double rooms. We just added another mattres so it becomes a family room. Cable tv, hot and cold shower, towels and toiletries are also included. There's a common area on the ground floor beside the reception table, you can hang-out there, meet new friends, read books and magazines and admire the photos on the walls. There's also a mini souvenir shop at the corner before going up the 2nd floor. Currently, they are renovating to accommodate groups of 6 and more and I think they will put up a cafe or restobar soon. My concerns in this hotel is: 1) no bidet and no dipper. we had to ask for a dipper and they gave us one 2) I hope they can still put a cabinet of even a clothes hanger maybe at the space at the back of the door. I think it's still feasible. Over-all this is hotel is OK for me. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating :) Always smiling too! We're always out of the hotel so a good night's stay and a nice bathroom is fine with me :)

Last minute cancellation
I booked this hotel 2 months ago then at the day of my booking, they sent me a text message that my booking has been cancelled due to the hotel being fully booked. I am so disappointed that I did find out on the day itself. Good thing it is not peak season so I was able to reserve at another hotel and they accomodated us at last minute. They may have certain reasons for the cancellation but I just hope they told me earlier and I also hope that this won't happen again to anyone. They just need to improve on that.

Nothing special
Nice common area on the upper floor, well located in Laxon street and everything is within walking distance, very poor sound isolation in rooms, we checked in couple of days before the new year and guess all hotels were busy, since we checked in the evening, the room left for us was without windows, little suffocating, through there was a common balconey outside we can sit at, but it will be nice to have some natural light inside our room, when I asked if there are rooms with windows I was told there were none, I am not sure if none of the rooms have windows or there were none left. faced trouble trying to make the payment through paypal or my card, the hotel couldn't process the payment and demanded for my 2 days stay cash payment, i didn't have much cash on me and wanted to hold on to it, had to eventually pay in cash on no choice basis. rooms are very clean and staff are cool.
