It is our 2nd time staying in Hop Inn because of the quality amenities it provides. This time, it was Sir Mikee, the front desk staff of Hop Inn Alabang, who was very accommodating to us from start to finish. I really commend him for being such an efficient staff that our small requests were promptly delivered. He even greeted me with a happy birthday (it was my birthday) even if I did not declare that it was my birthday and granted us a late checkout. All these with a smile! Thank you Hop Inn Alabang and Sir Mikee for making our stay very pleasant!

Spent a total of four nights at the hotel very nice especially for the price nothing fancy it was clean the desk clerks were very good walking distance to a mall and many restaurants. I would stay again and would tell my friends about the hotel

The room that we booked is very spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom because there’s no door in between the shower room & the toilet. That’s why after you took a shower, the floor is so soaked & wet.

We appreciate the fact that our room was upgraded to a family room, however, the bathroom experience was not pleasant at all. Shower did not have a partition from the rest of the area, so every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. Also, the water drained slowly which made it look untidy and unsanitary. Bathroom is better in smaller rooms.

No fridge and coffee machine in the room.

The front desk staff are not willing to assist you easily with any of your requests.
Elevators are always occupied by hotel staff since there are no service lifts.
No amenities in the room, i.e. fridge, kettle or even hand soap.
And their check out process was not friendly, the security guard did not allow us to give the luggage to the taxi waiting outside until they finished checking the room!

Slow staff in reception area, checkin takes 30-35 mins even though there is only few in queue. The managers has to run time in motion study that the whole process of checking in should not last 15-20 mins processing per customer as compare to industry standard in hotel management, sometimes they are like government employee that will look on their phone, chit chat with a colleague and will go in and out their post without doing anything at all.

The Inn is in a good location and a decent building but parking is terrible as only a few vehicles are allowed in their parking garage and worst the limited parking was not mentioned in their posting.
