Nice affordable hotel. However, you would have to walk uphills to get to the hotel, which is quite acceptable given the free breakfast and the view from the room.

Nice and affordable! Best regards!
Not complete service please next time make sure your room is good condition and complete things to use inside the room
It's a quiet place. Space for two is kind of small but still a good place to go.
It was terrible. There were insects on our bed. Bed sheets and pillows aren't clean. It's disgusting. I won't recommend this to anyone.
I was on vacation alone, I was under the impression that my reservation is a room for at most two but when we checked it on the database it was for four meaning that my room is not that good enough because it was very cheap for four. I already paid for it and I could not cancel it so I stayed uncomfortably to a filthy, no bathroom kit but a small plain room without air condition.
Hotel Henrico Kisad made our stay in Baguio City a little convenient. Baguio City is such a polluted and crowded city although you can still feel the chill at night, it's still not worth the travel from Cebu to Clark to Baguio. But if it's outside the city or proper like La Trinidad, you can still see some wonders. All I gained in our Baguio trip are headache and sore throat. I'm glad Hotel Henrico Kisad's location makes the stress a little lesser because you cannot see the crowd, it's not near the road. And in our hotel room's window, we can see pine trees. So it's Baguio feels!!! By the way, we were in room 206. Downside? Well, too bad the hotel is too old already and needs a lot of modifications. There are men working upon our arrival. The noise they make can be heard all over the second floor. But they stop working at 5 pm. Then no work on Sunday. Everything is too old too in this hotel. The T&B was not cleaned. Black dirt are sticking at the comfort room's wall. There's a cat roaming around the dining area which I hate. Sorry. I'm not into cats. Hotel is too old and looks creepy! You can hear the noise from the room beside you and even the pulling of the chair on 3rd floor. Positive feedback: 1) free breakfast 2) 24/7 coffee 3) great location 4) budget-friendly 5) WiFi is amazing even on 2nd floor 6) fan room, you don't need an AC as it is very cold because of the pine trees at the back of the hotel 7) cable TV 8) clean linens and towels
Hotel old yet clean. People accommodating. Place is good for backpackers. Affordable yet with class.
The crew were very accommodating. Although we stayed only on a budget room. Next time, we will stay on their hotel rooms so that we will be more comfortable. Budget room has no tv.
Nice affordable hotel. However, you would have to walk uphills to get to the hotel, which is quite acceptable given the free breakfast and the view from the room.
Good meals (free breakfast and coffee). In terms of cleanliness, it is not that clean for me maybe because it is still on renovation period which was not stated prior to booking. The location is good and almost all the nearby establishments are near. Overall, it was a good stay but needs little improvement on the room facilities.

Friendly and Accommodating
We arrived at the hotel with a party of 6 and we were immediately offered a place that was up to budget. The room was homey enough, and the ambiance was earthy that it made me personally feel as if we were on a vacation. Amidst Baguio's bustling scenery that left the old town vibe 10 years away, the place where the hotel sat upon gave the feeling of being far from the city and helped me and my friends get the relaxation we wanted. One thing that put me off was the fact that the hotel itself sat on top of a hill, and it burned my thighs just climbing it. It isn't a high-end hotel so don't expect perfection. All I can say is that it was good enough for a bunch of city people wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the metro.

Affordable But a Bit Dated
For all its shortcomings, you will end up liking this hotel. Maybe because the downsides are more than balanced by the upsides. First, the hotel location can either be good for one but not for another. It is located in a somewhat hidden part of the main street of Kisad Road in Baguio, i,e., you have to make a sudden turn in one roughly paved secondary street and have to reach the end of a very steep uphill road to reach this place. On the other hand, it is still centrally located since it is very near the Burnham Park (about 5-10 mins walk). Upside: 1. The staff are all courteous and helpful. 2, The rooms and general areas are quite clean. 3. They are lenient in terms of early check-in or late check-out 4. Wifi in the room is reliable. The bonus comes in the form of fast fibre signal at the lobby. 5. There is a 24-hour hot and cold water and coffee supply at the cafeteria. 6. There is a free Filipino or American breakfast for every guest. Downside: 1. The bathrooms and toilet are creaky. I was assigned first at the room whose bathroom has a shower head that is dangling since it has no holder. After complaining, I was transferred to another room. However, the floor gets very wet and flooded as water seems to be flowing away from the downspout. 2. Since I stayed recently and therefore still summer and the weather is not very cold, there are lots of mosquitoes hovering in the lobby and some inside my room. 3. The TV reception is not clear.

Affordable hotel
I have few doubts upon reading reviews on this hotel. But since it is affordable we gave it a shot. Upon checking in, we greeted with a smile by staffs and helped us with our luggages. Considering the fact we had strollers and etc. We were surprised by the spacious room. And it's clean! Cool climate from baguio dont need an aircon. Ask though for newly renovated rooms. Good pressure for hot water shower. We had a good night sleep because its away from business district. We avail their tour and i must say its ok. Not good but not bad. Will be back here!

poor quality, poor service
poor service, one roll of toilet paper for family of 5 for two nights. must ask for extra rolls plus towels. room needed extensive renovation specially bathroom, lavatory sink is less than campground quality. for $65 a night, we expected average quality but was disappointed. location is not ideal, up the hill and hard to find. limited free parking and cramped. must be in the lobby to use free internet. must log in to expedia.com for your room receipt per management.

We had a good stay here
Booked form Hotels.com, early checked in but the avail room was for 4 since we're just there to attend a seminar it's okay, we just need a place to sleep. Staff are fantastic, they are very attentive in everything that you need and even told us the way going to our business convention. There's a hot water in shower, free hot water at the canteen for coffee, free ready-cooked breakfast, and okay for couples and backpackers not good for family with kids. They had a strength wifi signal, but we can't connect only fb messenger.
