It’s the little things that prevents me from giving it top marks. Our toilet barely worked and the odour from the drain was never properly resolved. The service staff for the rooms was amazing but the staff at the front seemed like I was annoying them at times. They were nicer to my Filipina partner fortunately. I would stay again as the location and the breakfast made it amazing.

Most everything was fine. However, we had to take cold showers, as the hot water was not working. We informed the front desk we had no hot water for the shower. A maintenance man came and attempted to fix the hot water heater for the shower. There was hot water for about 30 seconds. We lodged another complaint stating that for 2 nights, we took cold showers. When we checked out, no apologies or voucher offers. We made reservations for the Valentines Day dinner buffet at Hotel Luna. It was truly wonderful. The food and service were excellent. The ambience was pleasant without being stuffy or pretentious. I would easily recommend this event to anyone who would visit Vigan City.

Exceptional staff in every position. Very nice hotel from the common areas to the rooms. Only complaint is the musty smell in the room due to the carpet. I would highly recommend removing the carpet. I don't know if all the rooms have carpet, if not I would definitely ask for one without.

Beautiful historic property. Great location. What it likes in maintenance, it makes up with an incredible staff.

Pros:Loved the museum within the hotel. Staffs are very hospitable. Rooms are large enough. Close to the heritage sites. Cons: Can be noisy when people are swimming in the pool as rooms are not sound proof. Can be quite hot outside the rooms.

Loved staying here as it was a block from Calle Cristolgo and the plaza for shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great view from the rooftop bar for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of site seeing.
