The wet season, from May to October, brings occasional rainfall, which can range from light showers to heavy downpours. While this period might see fewer tourists, it's still possible to enjoy Vigan, provided you are prepared for the weather. We enjoyed our 4 days and 3 night stayed. It’s is very close to the places that we love to see. The problem that we notice is the old style key that most of the time we have a hard time to open it. The bath room floor is flooded after you take a shower is not safe if you’re not put the towel on the floor to cover the over flowing water from the shower. It’s kind of slippery. We love the breakfast that they served and the very friendly staff. Mrs Spring

The property is in the colonial part of the city. The property is old and tired and needs work. The staff tries its best to clean but it requires more than cleaning to make anything feel fresh. The structure of the building is based on an old model wherein there's a central space carved out of the center of each floor in the four stories. This means that noise travels up and down through this vertical corridor, and some people simply don't care how loud they are. You will care, because it's noisy. AC works, TV not so much, the one evening I tried to take a shower I could get no hot water. This is just how it is, I've stayed in about 12 hotels over the last 23 days and four star has a different meaning here. Wi-Fi is so so.

I didn't like the service. Before we left early in the morning I requested the front desk to have our room cleaned because it got messy when everybody took a shower around 7 am.When we returned so tired and feel so sticky because of the heat around 3 pm, the room was still a mess with wet towels I placed on the floor and the room was not cleaned yet.I asked the staff in the front desk, she said we have to wait because the cleaners will clean the vacant rooms first, the ones with occupants even though we requested was last priority.I got mad because I feel so sleepy already and the room was a mess because I had three teenagers with long hairs and their towel were so wet so it made the room smell. That's the only time they clean so we have to endure the smell of the chemicals they used.Their service needs improvement and they should take care of the people staying there. From 7 am to 3 pm is quiet enough time for them to clean the room especially when we really requested it to be clean.I can still remember this very well because it was an important visit I made to that place.

This property has excellent, friendly staff. It is right in the heart of historic Vigan City, close to the vibrant town plaza, yet it is tucked in a less crowded location. It has limited parking and is ideal for tourists and guests visiting Vigan on tour buses and commercial transportation. Its restaurant serves popular Filipino dishes with creative localized names and flavors- at reasonable prices.

We are family of four. This is a great hotel to stay at as it is very charming and is a great location. Crisologo street is the next street over and there is a coffee shop and convenient store across the entrance.

Need more parking space & add gluten free options (my daughter has Celiac & Type 1 Diabetes) plus Stevia or sweetener for coffee. Love the Pinoy breakfast & welcome drink plus the water refill stations. Nice location & near access for restaurants & tourist spots

Their policy of no refund for cancellation made me worry as my trip to Vigan was cancelled. However, when I sent them a message, they generously allowed a rebooking instead within a period of 6 months. Thank you to the management.
