- Family vacation
My check in time was between 12:00 to 13:00 we arrived at 14:30. To my surprise our room wasn't ready. And we have to wait for 30 minutes a room. The worse thing is that I booked for a supreme family room to my surprise, we get a two single bed and 2 extra bed. So I have to go back to the hotel lobby and wait for another hour to get a room at least close to what I was expecting. Our first day was very inconvenient. I was very tired and upset hence we came from pampanga. And it was a long drive

Their room pictures do not lie at least its what you get. My only comment for improvement is maybe they need to upgrade the fixtures. The toilet looks old particularly the tiles, bed mattress are too soft and the bed sheets are no longer white. And a small bug look a like said "hi" in the ref area and managed to get rid of it before my girls saw it. But other than these things its still a good stay. They keep it clean as they can. No odd smell whatsoever. The hotel employees are very nice. The food is okay too. The lobby looks very nice as well. And for the price its affordable, so overall rating its still good.

First time to book a hotel online here and a hotel in Baguio and it was an amazing experience. Everything was great from the receptionist, to the hotel itself which I love because we're at the 6th floor and it has 8 floors, and even the food. Though it was quite far from the usual tourist attractions in Baguio except for the Bell Church which you can reach by just walking, the hotel itself is if not one of the best, is surely a good place to stay. Will definitely come back here. Thank you for such great accommodation and for making our stay exceptional.

The hotel looks western. Love their amenities especially the bath tub. Parking space (basement) is enough and the temperature is impressive. We also get to see a very nice view from our hotel room. For only 1800 a night, it includes a breakfast buffet. I must say we really had a great time.
- Romantic Vacation
Everything could've been better. Creaky, small double bed, tight room space for a double de luxe, room service was bad, we asked for our food (bought from the outside) to be heated and we had to go downstairs to Gloria Jean's to bring them the food then we carried them all the way up with the heavy bowls and plates, considering they have corkage fee of P50 per food; we borrowed utensils from the FDO, they told us they would bring them to our room but nothing came. We were not comfortable with our room, no dining table, shower took a long time before the warm water came out that I already finished taking a bath with the cold water. Plus, the water flow was so little and so slow.
This is such a great hotel with its low cost price. Imagine being in a 4 star hotel? but not expensive.I love everything about this hotel except the location as it was far from the tourist spots and we experience real traffic. but overall if I will be going again to Baguio, I will definitely book to this hotel again. 10/10

The price was affordable. We booked a Superior Family room for a few days and we loved staying. In fact, my parents super loved staying that all they did was stay and sleep. two days were wasted sleeping and eating inside the hotel. No problem with the distance from the city. You can easily ride a taxi outside the hotel. There was no problem with the room either. The room was very clean and smelling fresh. Newly changed beddings everyday. They have room service and housekeeping daily. You can easily ask for help. You can call the front desk anytime about anything. There was a Gloria Jean's coffee at the ground floor and a diner apart from the in house resto they already have. You won't have any problem with food then. The only pricy thing was the massage. The beds and pillows are soft. There's a TV, air-conditioning (the remote's batteries are running low though but I suppose you can ask them to change), a pitcher with two glasses, an electric kettle and two cups, a mini fridge with beers and two 1L drinking water (but you have to pay for these if you'll consume any of them when you check out), 4 complimentary 500ml drinking water, four clean and fresh towels (changed every day), complete toiletries that you can "steal" when you check out, four pairs of slippers, a hair dryer, a bath tub, water system serves hot and cold water. The room was spacious as well. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Oh and the food was delicious. There was a complimentary breakfast every morning. We loved the food. It was like a home away from home. I'd absolutely book with this hotel again when I get back. Excellent service.

Good break/getaway from the busy Baguio City proper
Our regional office booked me and my group at Supreme since we were had field work in Baguio City. First impression, the hotel looked kind of old. They have a new hotel building across the street, but it was already full, so we were booked at their main (and older) branch. Breakfast was included in our stay. It was set meal: either American, Filipino or Continental. Since it was just a small hotel, there were no elevators, so after checking in and before checking out, I had to carry my heavy suitcase around, but their staff offered to help. It was my first time to stay in a Baguio hotel with no airconditioning, but it wasn't that hot either, since the weather was very cool, and rainy during our stay. Plus, they provided an electric fan. Wifi was fast, although sometimes, intermittent. Bottled water was available upon request, and replenished when you ask for your room to be cleaned. The hotel is 10 to 15 minutes away from Session Road. So if you are looking to stay somewhere a bit far from the busy side of Baguio City, try considering this hotel.

Continued stopover
Oh how different from across the road , it's like a breathe of fresh air , large spacious room , air con if you need it , clean comfy bed , lifts to all floors , very busy a weekends , hence the breakfast was a self service buffet , need to sort that out when busy , food was not being replaced when containers were empty , after from that it was a most enjoyable stop over

Friendly staff and rates
Friendly staff esp restaurants and business center. Its dated hotel but well maintained and basic amenities are given. Few food choices with affordable prices.Good for convention but low ceiling. Breakfast can be ordered earlier, have to wait for a la carte orders.

Hotel in Baguio
Stayed for conference. Room was clean and amenities fine. Good air-conditioning. Good choice of channels on TV. Bed was too soft for my liking. Wi-fi was poor and difficult to connect. Also the connection was unstable, and invariably cut-off randomly, and was not reliable enough to get any work done. Location is poor as there are only garages and tire shops in the area. However taxis (cheap) are plentiful to get to better areas.

Just fine!
We stayed there for 2 days 3 nights..room was clean and the beds are comfy..the bathroom has a working hot and cold shower but no exhaust fan..front desk and the chef is approachable and friendly..free breakfast is good.. guards are nice even though their free parking policy is "park at your own risk" it shouldn't be like that.. a budget friendly hotel.
