Staff are friendly. And the place is where you can have a nice sleep because it's quiet but the one thing I don't like about the place is no elevator and spa services is on a weekday only.

The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. It is also not very well-maintained. My room had a huge cockroach! I requested to move to a room in the 2nd floor in the hopes that my room would be farther from other roaches. This room is quite dusty and the lamps were quite dilapidated. The shower had thick molds so water was not coming out properly. There was also no hot water. The sheets smelled musty. The hotel was also out of the way. I had to walk about 50 meters to get to the streets where I can ride the tricycle. The hotel is inside a subdivision so there are dogs barking about in the afternoon and the pool is 40 meters away from the hotel. In general, I think the hotel was very overpriced and did not met the expectations set by the pictures in the app. However, I commend their customer service who were nice enough to call me a tricycle when needed and allowed to keep my bag for half a day after I checked out. WiFi is pretty fast too :)

Room was not well maintained. The telephone in the room constantly rang in the wee hours of the morning and front office service was not pleasant.

ok naman un staff pero amenities wala kwenta ndi naman magamit pati toiletries super tinipid ... super layo nya rin sa lahat ... ang un kwarto medyo wala n s ayos ... 1 star hotel alng ata i2.

The airport transfer is Php100 per person per way. All room categories are good for single and twin sharing only. Extra persons are not allowed in the room. Hotel Venezia is 12 minutes away by car from the Legazpi City Domestic Airport and 30 minutes away from where the Bicol International Airport is being built. It’s an 11-minute drive from the Legazpi City Convention center and nine minutes away from the UST-Legazpi Hospital.
Guests who check in can pick from 43 rooms, divided into three types: Standard Rooms, Junior Suites, and One Bedroom Suites.
