Hello, they promised of good internet but there is good internet we have worked in the reception area because my room is kind of underground and they don't have any utilities like a kettle or plates or a glass or even a simple thing a bottle of water! And they promised for hot water but actually its not there and because of underground room the reception also very bad! So I couldn't able to have my cellular call and in the morning when I am planning to leave there is no water to take bath and to be honest its the worst experience and ridiculous one too! I feel like they fooled me with some pictures of the hotel to prove their reputation around the internet. But before booking this stay better check some other better options around there in airport! Thank you.

It was absolutely the worst experience ever. No wifi, no refrigerator, the toilet did not flush and there was no breakfast. Not a good value for the money.

Having a good stay. Accessible to anywhere and comfortable space. Malu nga lang sa wifi. But good👍

The bedsheets are not clean. The cabinets are stained. The shower has low pressure. The bathroom is poorly maintained. You cannot get enough internet connection while inside the room. However, the staff are nice and the lobby looks good.

The hotel has low maintenance. The bed sheets are so old and the towels. No elevator the painting is so old also that makes the hotel looks dark. But the staff was accommodating. No problem to their personnel. Only the maintenance in the hotel.

Islands Stay Hotels - Mactan is a property located along M.L Quezon in Lapu-Lapu City. With its convenient location, simple yet cozy rooms, and affordable prices, the hotel is the perfect base for backpackers and for those with quick layovers in Cebu.
Checked-in guests can choose among the hotel’s four room types: the Small Room, the Medium Room, the Large Room, and the Extra Large Room. Rooms are sized between 10 and 16 square meters. All room types come fully equipped with an air conditioning unit, a flat-screen television with cable channels, and a telephone with complimentary local calls. The en suite bathroom comes with a hot and cold shower and a free set of toiletries. Towels and clean linen are provided in each room. Some of the larger rooms come with extra space for lounging and a work desk. Morning calls, room service, and daily housekeeping are available. WiFi is only accessible in public areas and comes free of charge.
The hotel has a small coffee shop where guests can enjoy refreshing drinks and light meals. For more food options, guests can explore the nearby area where they can find popular restaurants such as The Original A A BBQ, Hangang Restaurant, and Tongro Korean Barbecue.
The Mactan Shrine is an 11-minute drive away, while SM City Cebu is 20 minutes away.
Travelers coming from the Mactan-Cebu International Airport will only need to take a five-minute car ride to get to the Islands Stay Hotels - Mactan. Free private parking is available at the property.
