No signal in our room, low internet , not functioning the toilet very well. The taste of the food is not good 1 out of 10. For the 3rd time I went to boracay this is the worst accommodation I get.

- Family vacation
There are the reasons why I am disappointed with La Carmela De Boracay Resort Hotel. 1. On our first day, water heater for shower was broken, water heater for coffee was also broken 2. The next morning, no water at all 3. House keeping took 5 hrs and 3 follow ups. 4. On the third day, no soaps at shampoos were provided after the housekeeping. 5. The breakfast buffet was disgusting and tasteless. The hotel compromised the quality of food just to feed hundreds of guest daily.

- Romantic Vacation
Had really low expectation from this resort since it's not a luxury resort but while staying here now, it's just getting worse and worse. Upon check in, our room didn't have towels so I had to request to their staff and after hours of waiting no towels were delivered to our room, this was our first day btw. Had to ask again another staff that walks around the floor (yes they have loads of staff walking around that doesn't do anything) just mops the floor 24/7. Couldn't contact the front desk as it wasn't written on their rules and regulations or menu for in room dining. 3rd day, i've requested for bath towels again and nothing, after going back at 7pm we just went to front desk personally to request and ask for their local number. Waited again and had to call them again to just remind them of the towel. Then come 9pm, we've decided to order room service. Called the front desk and said they don't have the number of their restaurant and that I have to go down there so I did, and apparently in room dining wasn't available yet. I was just disappointed and annoyed as what we just wanted was a plate of fruit platter. I called again the front desk to just confirm if the resto really doesn't do in room dining and why does it say on their room card/room rules and regulations, and she said yes since they've reopened the situation has been like that. I just got angry and asked the front desk lady why she didn't tell me and instead asked me to go down to the restaurant. They are surely over staff but no one really cares about their guests. Shower as well as tiny and gets wet all over without any foot rag or toilet rag(you need to request for one). I and my partner are just overall disappointed with their service.

Very good location. Service is ok. Rooms are ok except their blankets and pillows are not comfy. And charging too much for the kids breakfast same as the adult (knowing that kids doesn’t really eat that much) is not worth it.

When we ask them to clean our room when were gone for our island hopping, they didn’t clean it. We had to ask them again when we arrived late in the afternoon. 2nd the breakfast buffet was only for two person, we thought it’s for 4 since we get the room for 4pax. 3rd they want to increase the transfer rate from P800 to P1200, which I didn’t agree. So I pay P800/pax

1. Apparently, breakfast buffet included in the package is good for only 2 persons and not per head. 2. We didn't use towels on our first night because their staff didn't bring any to our room. Phone line wasn't working and we were too tired to approach the front desk again cause their elevator wasn't working too. 3. Wifi connection could be very slow.

I have read the reviews with so many bad feedback but I still decided to get this hotel with the hope that it's not so bad since the exterior of the hotel is nice.. but I was wrong... 1. Let me start with the buffet breakfast, food is really not ok, the viands are not good at all, that's the reason why they have a lot of condiments on the side, you should either add some soysauce or fish sauce so the food will be tasty. They also put ice in the butter, the logic is that the butter won't melt, but after sometime the ice turns to water, so the butter is literally soak in the water. 2. The rooms are not clean, I stayed with my 8 months baby and he had rashes, we also have insect bites. There is no comforter only some linens which is itchy. 3. The toilet bowl is also clogged. 4. There is no signal inside the room, even the wifi is too slow to non existent at all. 5. There is an on going maintenance and it's causing to much noise, my baby can't sleep, good thing they allowed us to change room. 6. I booked for 6 adults, with free breakfast using app but the hotel only gave us 4 free breakfast, I asked for the manager and they didn't bother to solve my problem, I had to call agent on my own.
