location: The place was just beside the baywalk where you can find the huge iheartmati signange, 2 blocks away from fast food restaurants and 1 block away from the nearest convenience store and tricycle terminal though I don't feel safe going out at night since its also just beside KTV bars for locals, you will be going through a lot of drunk people before reaching the hotel with a very few to almost non visible street lights. price: one of the cheapest hotel. our room was less than 700php good for three persons with tv, cold ac, towels and toiletries. the room was huge but the hotel corridor needs major improvement. I could imagine a horror movie shooting in their corridor due to cracked flooring tiles, almost dim corridor lights and an opened storage room with no lights. There's also a huge window in our room with no use at all (for viewing) since its blocked by a wall that even a small ray of sunshine cannot go through. overall verdict: great for budget travelers. and kudos as well to their Front desk, check in was fast and no hassle at all

We've checked in at almost 5PM. The receptionist was accommodating and helpful. However, no room key was provided to us. If we want a room key, we need to deposit P500 for it. In case we lose the key, we won't get our deposit back. How pricey, right? But it's okay not to get the room key. The receptionist was always there to open the room whenever we go out. The Room? It's okay. Veranda door's lock was broken. Electricity outlet is NOT SAFE, located on the headstand of the bed and was almost broken. Television was outdated and limited channels only. 1st floor rooms were for double bed occupancy and 2nd floor rooms were for single bed and twin bed occupancy. Veranda on the 1st floor was located at the back part of building and on the 2nd floor was located on front. We were given 1st floor room. The Comfort Room? It's okay. There's heater 👌 but the only shower 🚿 worked and other faucet didn't. It's clean also. Only soap was provided and 1 towel, no shampoo. Breakfast? Ham, Fried Egg, Rice and cold water was served at 8AM. Imagine, breakfast at 8AM? It's so late. They only gave us hot water and no coffee or choco powder. Even so, they allowed us to checked out late, 4PM.

Everything about this hotel was well below standard. Very dirty room, bathroom was disgusting. I would never stay here again.
