All in all, it was very good and I will stay there again. I loved the breakfast buffet. They were a bit stingy with the toilet paper (half a roll and no spare roll). Also, stingy with the internet, giving us a code for 2 devices per room. So if I use my phone and my GF uses her phone, then we can't use the laptop. Oh well, nothing is perfect.

It is a great place, except for the towels. They look so grey that I had the impression they were old and used their whole life to clean the streets. Except that, it is a very good hotel close to a mall. Very friendly room attendant, and great staff. Truly sad really, they should change the towels…

Very clean. Large, comfortable rooms.
The biggest negative was staff wandering the halls with their walkie volumes turned up loud. There was always constant chatter. It wasn’t very peaceful due to walkie chatter echoing through the large hallways.
Also twice I had “do not disturb” light on and housekeeping knocked.

Hotel was in a good location, walkable to a shopping mall and restaurant's. Hotel food is very average. Staff are friendly and polite. My room was at 15th floor, i remembered requesting my room to be clean around 9am ( I literally noticed the house keeping only 2 rooms away from my room). Took the housekeeping forever to clean my room, I ended up calling the house keeping who skipped my room and asked her if she could wipe my table that has a dead cockroach.the house keeping was very polite, came to my room and only wiped my table with a used cleaning cloth, i never noticed her using any disinfectant or any cleaning solution or spray. Well, the housekeeping asked me if she could just comeback after she was done with her other staff and my response was, yes and push the do not disturbed botton. All in all this hotel safe and ok, food is average, walkable to a mall and a lot of restaurant around the hotel.
