Perfect choice for a relaxing stay
Quaint, tucked away paradise. A stark contrast to the very busy white beach. We spent 3 days 2 nights at Joven’s place and we wish we stayed a bit longer. 😔 One of our main concerns was that the place is a bit far from the white beach, but it’s actually one of the best things about the place. Should you want to go to the shops in D’Mall the resort actually has a very reliable free shuttle that goes there 5 times a day. Frolicking in the beach will be the least of your concerns because there’s one just a few minutes away and again it’s not crowded at all but the water is just as clear and pristine that we didn’t even bother swimming anywhere else. Overall this place is a 10 out of 10. My husband loved it so much and he’s a bit picky when it comes to places we visit, but he couldn’t stop gushing about the place. To Joven and the staff, thanks for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Things we loved: 1. Location - though far, the serenity of the place makes up for it 2. Hospitality 3. Free breakfast and welcome drinks 4. Proximity of beach 5. Spacious room

Outstanding value!
We only went to Oasis on a recommendation from some Aussie travellers. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Joven is the amiable owner, bending over backwards to help us cancel our oversized room reservation with Expedia (at no cost) so that we could pay CDN$30 less(!!) for a smaller room! And then he puts us in the best room with a view! Joven uses the profits from his resort to help fund his childrens ministry at the local school. He runs a feeding program so that kids can learn without being hungry and arranges sponsorships from Canada and the US. One free massage per room, per day is provided at the rooftop open-air "spa", complimentary snorkeling equipment is offered, a free traditional sailboat ride is a blast (Joven tries to help the locals with employment so he covers the cost!), the restaurant is way cheaper than Stations 1,2,3 and meals are excellent quality. Bora, the friendly resort dog is a delight. Puka beach is a 20 minute walk and Ilig-Iligan beach is only 5...both far less crowded than White Beach. Do yourself a favor....stay here...you won't regret it!!

Great way to spend the week!
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and 4 days. We arrived at 1AM on a Monday and we’re greeted and received by their staff and a cute dog! After signing, we were immediately escorted to our room to take up the much awaited sleep. The mornings of October were cloudy but sunshine peeps in through the sliding door of the balcony. It was a relaxing view. The free breakfast on the in-house restaurant has choices: a Filipino silog dish, toasts, omelettes, bacons, sausages and fruits. The serving was generous and had us full before we leave the Mango Tree Restaurant. The hotel features a game room, an overlooking rooftop and a library. The equipment and books might be a little dusty but usable. White Beach is good 20-minute ride from the hotel through their free shuttle service. It leaves on definite schedule: 10am, 1pm, 5pm, 8pm and 10pm. Should you need to go out on a time not listed above, it would take 200 pesos (for our group of 4) to take the shuttle out. Ilig iligan beach, on the other hand, is a good five-minute walk on a steep hill. They gave us 8 hours massage for our span of 4 night stay for 4 people. We had it on the rooftop with hammocks wherein you could stay and chill. Transfer from Kalibo airport is until 7PM only. Transfer from the hotel to Kalibo airport is suggested to be taken and booked 5 hours ahead of the scheduled flight. Cost is P600 per person courtesy of Island Star. Note that there is a P200 terminal fee at the Kalibo airport. The Oasis Team, especially the general manager Joven and his wife Anita, are hospitable and knows how to give an exemplary time to their guests.

Quaint and away from the hustle and bustle.
Located about a 20 minute (on a good day of traffic) bus ride from D Mall/town centre. Free scheduled shuttle transfers offered to and from town centre/ D Mall. Only a 5 minute walk from Ililigan Beach. Airport shuttle offered at an additional cost of 500 PHP with Island Star transfers are very convenient. Friendly staff. Quaint hotel offering a rooftop hammock area to catch a breeze. Free hour massages offered for each day. Free breakfast every morning can be ordered off the menu. Although limited options on offer, still tasty food. WIFI offered in rooms and common areas though drops in and out in the rooms. Overall a pleasant stay.

Mixed feeling is for this lovely hotel
The place is a perfect spot on Boracay to decompress, very serene and a riot of colors because of the various kinds or flowers around it. We stayed here for 2 nights after staying at the white beach and it was a great decision. The calmness of the place would give you a peace of mind and the iligiligan beach near it is tranquil and scenic. We have tried their burgers and they are delectable, the fries are so oily though. However, we experienced some bumps during our stay. The first room given to us on our first day was a standard room instead of deluxe. This wasn't a problem because their standard rooms are lovely and they compensated us with delicious dinner. The thing that grinded my gears was the lack of initiative of the staff. While waiting for our breakfast a staff came to us and said we can already move after our breakfast. After our meal, i told her we were ready to move but she replied that the housekeeping staff were still preparing the room for us.So,we just decided to wait in our room. We expected any of them to inform us that the room was ready, but nobody did.As a result, i went down to ask them by myself(no phones in the rooms so when you need something, you have to go to the lobby) and when i got to the lobby i saw them fanning the breeze. What added to my annoyance was nobody had offered us a hand again to move our things. My husband and i did it by ourselves from room 109 to 205 while carrying our infant. My disappointment about it was relieved by Gloria. She is the most accommodating and amicable among them and it was so sweet of her to give us a personalized letter on our check out. The bottomline is we will still go back and recommend Oasis to our family and friends because we love the place, Gloria, and the beach near it.
