Jazel the receptionist is not that multitasking. Waited for minutes and minutes for my key. She doesn’t know who to prioritize.
- Family vacation
We had a great stay there! The room was very spacious! The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Food was great! Thank you very much Rajah Park Hotel!
- Romantic Vacation
Best hotel that I've book so far. They've provided a generous amount of food-with their buffet breakfast. I am not expecting to get this awesome stay to a very minimum amount that we paid. You'll definitely get more to what you'd pay for. Kudos for giving the best deal with a great discount on top of the cheapest amount you can find online. Thanks !
- Family vacation
it's comfy! will stay again even if there was no wifi connection in the room.
- Family vacation
It was my parents and ninong and ninang who stayed there for 2 nights and they said that buffet breakfast was the best part of their stay. Many selections and really good food! I would say that the rooms are clean and well-maintained despite being in quite an old building. Very affordable too! However, not convenient for guests with car.
- Family vacation
Hotel location is very accessible to restaurants and shopping centers. However rooms need to be renovated. They are old and outdated. The smoke alarm in the rooms that we stayed was leaking. I wonder where the water came from
- Business travel
The best hotel to stay, with good food and clean room.
- Business travel
Not that bad and not great. My room was clean and organize only the bed is moving everytime i moved. Shower isn't good. There's no hot water shower. The complimentary shampoo/soap smells old wood. And rough tangled hair after used. I went to there massage salon staffs are not nice. Don't know how to accommodate clients and i can't move my muscles the following day. I never took a shower or half bath so no reasoned that i have muscle pain after massage though it was soft stroke massage but the effect wasn't good. Definitely won't go back there at the salon. But room was ok and what you pay is what you get. Food is ok. I ordered beef steak medium rare for dinner but they gave me well done and taste was not what i expected. they served it cold too.
- Medical Travel
The food and facilities were good. Although the hot shower is not working. I have to endure the cold shower in the morning. The guard on duty yesterday (04/04/2018) around 3pm asked me " Where are you going?" as I was about to enter the hotel. I really find it insulting. Instead of greeting me or showing that I am welcome as I enter the hotel, I was questioned where I am going. I felt hurt that time. I think they should work on improving the behavior of their staffs.
- Backpacking
Hotel's location is perfect as it's very accessible to almost everything. The fourth floor is quiet and nice to rest. Free buffet breakfast is simple but satisfying. There's no wifi in the 4th floor. Still the hotel is a very good place to stay in Cebu City.
