Good location and good service
- Family vacation
The accessibility, location, spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast, affordable price. Perfect!
- Romantic Vacation
Wi-Fi was excellent. Good value for the money. Buffet was great. Perfect location.
- Backpacking
I love the location because its near to everything i need: mall; convenience stores; pharmacy; money changer; fast foods and transportation is easy. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is sumptuous and several options.
I love the lavatory since it has hot and cold shower.
- Business travel
The hotel has great location. However, it could do with an upgrade. The rooms and facilities are dated and showing their age. Ok for an overnight stay, but will not book here again.
Love the breakfast buffet!! 😍
- Business travel
The hotel is quite old but pleasantly neat. The bed is quite small though and would definitely benefit from a replacement as it is overly springy. The lighting is a bit austere but over time you'll be able to adjust to it. There's cable TV which has a good number of channels (HBO, CNN, BBC, etc). Air-conditioning is also sufficient. There's also a working table which also serves as a dresser which has ample lighting. The internet could use some work as it is spotty. The bathroom is almost as big as the bedroom and is swathed in daylight. There's a basic toiletry kit (nothing to coo about) too. The key lock is a bit odd looking and dated. Breakfast is served buffet style with basic Filipino and intercontinental spread (cereals, bread, jam, butter, brewed coffee, orange juice, sliced fruits etc.). The only downside is that all basic rooms do not have windows so the room feels a bit dark and spooky at first. It spooked me out to the point that I wanted to move to another hotel. However, with the hotel right smack into the business district (imagine being in Times Square in NY), I tried to adjust to this austere environment which I was able to do as I had business meetings in the said area. Restaurants, drugstores, malls, coffee shops (Starbucks), banks, and the like are within 5 minutes away on foot from the hotel. If you don't mind being in an old hotel, this place is a good one to stay at. Staff are helpful as well by the way.
- Backpacking
A clean cozy room and well lighted but the bed is small for me. I requested for a packed breakfast that I will be pick it up by 5am coz my flight going to davao is at 7am. I picked it up at exactly 5am and it was already packed and well presented, I didnt expect that tho. Overall the service is excellent.
- Romantic Vacation
The hotel's location, breakfast, staff are all commendable. However, the room needs to be renovated. But overall I had a great stay in Rajah Park Hotel
