Potential only if management wants to
good stuff 1st: service is not that bad. you ask you get a response. fairly courteous. bit jaded staff but hey, all around boracay all the locals look jaded so i can't complain. not so great stuff: 1) amenities really lacking; the hotel needs a makeover everything looks tired; the grounds need cleaning and upkeeping; the sun deck chairs are not cleaned or good enough for use; rooms lack lil things that make a big difference eg tissue paper, room slippers, decent toiletries (now they only provide a sliver of soap and generic shampoo). 2) dining here is quite lame; they serve the same single-pager breakfast which are essentially sandwiches, pizzas and omelette/sausages kinda stuff. nothing else. 1 tiny tiny space they call a restaurant. 3) the Internet wifi is a real bummer; it doesn't really work. i'm not even talking about streaming movies or anything of that sort. just trying to open my hotmail or check instagrams is real daunting because the Internet service just sucks. and i don't think it's because of the general Internet Service Provider in the Philippines... there's lots of other stuff i could comment on but i think on the whole, the feeling is that the hotel management doesnt want to invest in these things. This isn't a beach resort; more like a low to medium standard B&B.

Stunning Location and Amazing Hotel
This hotel and the rooms are really excellent value. I stayed on the Bolabag beach side for some peace and quiet and got exactly that. This hotel is peaceful and quiet and the rooms are in very good condition with amazing views. Breakfast in the mornings was great as it was practically on the beach. The staff well amazing, amazing. For me this is the deal breaker between a good and bad holiday, the staff. Town centre is 5mins on the bike, or 10mins walking and so in easy reach. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Peaceful and Accessible
I had a terrific experiences with this resort. Exactly what I would expect from a place that's tucked away quietly from the bustle of the main strip in Boracay. I wanted a real quiet place to rest my head and I found one right here! If you're expecting a plethora of amenities, you're better off going somewhere else because this is a quaint and cozy resort that has the basics (free breakfast, wifi, free shuttle to the strip) and quite frankly, breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The attitudes of the staff were warm, welcoming and hard-working to make sure that guests were having a great experience. Very pleasant staff!! I hope to visit Boracay again, and I will definitely stay at the Rieseling when I do. Thank you so much to the staff for making my first balikbayan trip so wonderful!

Terrible Resort in Boracay!: Rieseling
Its our first time to go in boracay and we booked in Rieseling Beach Resort Boracay and in the photos in net was so beautiful place but when you get there OMG!!!! such a terrible place! Many mosquitos like we were in the farm with cows and carabaws for such many mosquitios in the place inside the rooms every where. Its really a terrible place and i wont recommend it to anyone thats why i am writing this comment for the ones never knew. We want to ask for refund for the 2 days because we booked 3 days but disappointed so much. And staffs are so rude and not so nice to guests. I dont like that resort maybe some tourists notice that too because nobody check in there. NO GUESTS. we just leave the place with no refund than suffering terrible place and find hotels at near stations. BE AWARE OF THAT RESORT!

Quiet, Small Resort for a Quick Vacation
Loved the resort! quiet and a welcome change from Boracay's noisy scene. Improvements and Comments: 1) More choices for buffet breakfast. The menu offered is sometimes good but some are not really that delicious. 2) Shuttle service for airport transfer and D'Mall. Maybe invest in a van for guests to use when we opt to go to D'Mall during the day. Airport service used is a third-party provider. A resort-owned vehicle would be safer and better. 3) Bathroom doors at our room do not have locks. We had to ask each other to always knock before we open. Limits the privacy of guests sharing rooms (i.e. friends in one room). Install locks please. 4) Intercom is non-existent. There is not way to communicate with front desk other than go to the desk to inquire. An intercom system should be installed per room to have guests conveniently ask for services through front desk.
