Family vacation

I was booked 4 days ago before we arrived was January 21 2020, Since we have a booking on the Beach Anne, we comfortable even we late check in, Because we had a delayed travel on the bus, and we arrived at The Beach Anne around 7:30 or before 8 pm. I can't imagine that the boy on the reception on the Beach Anne, passed me on the Medtown hotel on the business partner.. He said that somebody got the allowable room for my booking, minutes ago, and they are walk in costumer, Wow, because we are late arrived? is not a reasonable. 👎🏻

Very small and dirty receptionist is not friendly as well as the owner..i try to ask for landline since we are cancelled flight due to typhoon but the owner didn’t allow us to use the landline

Romantic Vacation

Hello, I just want to file a complain, we did not expect that the way to Beach Anne Boracay is horrible. It is scary and dark. We are so uncomfortable with the location and we are scared something bad might happen if we will stay there even just for a night. We did not check in and we told the guy at the reception that we are not comfortable with the location as we feel unsafe and we will just leave. It was a terrible experience. We will never go back again to that place. I hope you will include in the photos the way or the surrounding of the hotel so the guests will have an idea next time.

Romantic Vacation

Our stay at The Beach Anne Boracay was okay. We had a pretty hard time looking for the place. The room, bathroom and sheets are clean when we arrived. The thing that I don't really like is that our room was really small. I ask the caretaker if the other rooms (much bigger) were the same "Standard Double" room and he said yes. I asked if we can transfer to the available room but he said it's still under maintenance. Then the next day, I saw that someone's already occupying the room. There's no hot shower also in room F (last room at the hallway). It's quite near the beach just a few walks away 😉

Fir a very affordable price, the palace is so nice and clean and was beyond our expectation. The hotel staff especially the front desk officer were kind and very courteous. The room has a free WiFi connection and is just a minute walk away from the beach. I would definitely book again on my next visit to Boracay.

Romantic Vacation

This is a nice place to stay for those on a tight budget, and for those who don't mind walking 5 to 10 mins to reach the beach area. The place is clean, but the room we got somehow reeks of cigarette smoke. It's a bit uncomfortable for that part but nonetheless, everything else is ok.

Backpackers and budget travelers who want to experience the best of Boracay will find just what they need in The Beach Anne. Bright and cozy rooms, affordable rates, and easy access to the island’s major attractions are just some of the comforts that guests can expect during their stay.

Air-conditioning, clean linen, and free WiFi access are available in all six rooms, as well as an en suite bathroom with a hot and cold shower and complimentary toiletries. Select rooms come with a flat screen television and a mini refrigerator. Daily housekeeping is available upon request.

Guests can enjoy limited room service during their stay or take their pick from the multiple restaurants available in the area. The Lemoni Cafe and Restaurant and Ole Spanish Tapas Bar and Restaurant are both just seven minutes away from the property. One of the island’s newest additions, The Streetmarket, is a nine-minute walk away.

The Beach Anne Boracay is a quick 20 minute ride from the Boracay Island Jetty Port. Guests can arrange transfers with the hotel or hire a tricycle to take them to the property. Located along the sandy shores of Station 2, the hotel is an 11-minute stroll to the famous White Beach while Balabag Beach is 14 minutes away. D’ Mall is 8 minutes away while Willy’s Rock is 20 minutes away. Other popular spots like Diniwid Beach, Mount Luho, and Puka Shell Beach are less than 30 minutes away from the property and are easily accessible via tricycle or multicab.
