I and my sister stayed here for 4 nights. I used the promo here. For our day 3 to 5 we used my sisters promo. Overall experience was really good! From the staffs, food, rooms, location and services it was excellent. Staffs: you'll really feel that your in the 'City of Smiles' with their hospitality. Food: Their breakfast buffet was awesome. In our 5 days stay there is different menu everyday and the taste was really good. You can also request in one of the staff in the buffet to cook for you if you want sunny side up or scrambled egg/omelette. Location/Place: Its nearby Cathedral, City Plaza (5min walk), Sm Bacolod (8min walk), Manokan Country (ta the back of Sm 8mis walk) and Downtown (foodstalls, Bongbongs, Merczi, grocery stores, market). Just infront of the hotel there are jeepneeys passing by. Services/Staffs: Overall we are satisfied. They will attend your needs and greets you always. Rooms: It was really clean. Even though are room cabinet have a small defect. It was still great. Bed was big good for 2 persons. Bathroom: there is tub and clean. There was also a vault where you can put your important things when you opt to make up your room. Definitely l'll be staying here again when I come back to bacolod again :)

It is really recommended. Our stay was comfortable because of the highlight points: 1. Good location 2. Neat rooms esp. the toilet and bathroom 3. Tasty buffet food 4. Cheap Price

I love the buffet breakfast, it was delicious. The location is also good. near the Sm bacolod. The staff is approachable. The room is spacious, kinda bit old but still okay.
The pictures posted do not show the real appearance of the hotel. The room was small, amenities old, and the linens were smelly.
- Business travel
Not the same as photograph. But still good to stay. Spacious room but a little small bed for 2 persons. After all you get what you pay for. Good stay at all.

The hotel room is very clean, staff are accommodating and the free breakfast buffet is really good, plus it's just a walking distance to the mall.
- Family vacation
I stayed at the hotel with my son and his mom for 1 week. Let's start with the Pro Pro: The staff was great, they are helpful and courteous. Responding promptly when I make request or I need assistance. But sadly even with their hard work it's going to be difficult if you don't have the tools which lead me to the Cons. Cons: Hotel lobby was renovated or possibly still being renovated. During buffet breakfast there was a lot of flies. Airconditioning was also turned off. Room: We had to transfer 3 times because of problems with our room. 1st room this is the only time I experience that a hotel loses power since most should have automatic backup generator. 2nd room the AC was not functioning well that even after an hour the room is still not cold. 3rd room, when typhoon hits Bacolod the water overflowed our window and causing water inside the room. I guess the window needs fix to make it intacted. Our final room AC was still bad and they just provided us a stand fan to let the cold air circulate. The worst thing is there were mosquitoes in the room, we were tired of all the transfer so we decided to just go with it since it's just one more night. Also to add 3/4 rooms we had the shower was not working so we had to use the faucet for bath. They have Flat TV but the boxes channels are inconsistent some had few some had more. I forgot to mention my reservation was for a deluxe room. Overall, hotel really need to be renovated especially the rooms. Yes price may be a little cheaper but I had a similar hotel with a lower price but didn't had this problems. It was good that it's near SM Mall but I would emphasize that they need to work on their facilities.
