The best hotel we have stayed in south east Asia!! The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was also spacious. The bed sheets and towels were clean and smelt nice. The service was unbelievable, the staff were all amazing and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good for an Asian style breakfast. The location was perfect for us as it was not out of the way, it was centrally located and surrounded by restaurants. There were not many beach sunbeds but this was not a problem for us, they offered beach mats as an alternative. The swimming pool is a nice size but not much area around the pool to chill and does not get much sun. You do not need to bring beach towels as the hotel replaces them daily. Overall Boracay was an amazing experience thanks to the district hotel.

The District Boracay is a boutique beachfront eco-resort best known for its central location, sleek facilities, spectacular views, and unrivalled service! It has a pool, spa, restaurant, gym, free wifi, beach loungers – basically everything that modern travellers need to enjoy an island getaway.

All rooms at The District Boracay have a modern minimalist design. Your room is fully- equipped with LED flat screen television, fridge, coffee/tea maker, in-room safe, IDD/NDD telephone and a private verandah. The transfer service from the driver, luggage attendant were excellent and can answer our questions properly. They were welcoming and treat guests professionally. Food in breakfast buffet was not impressive since it was cold and hard. The attendants that help put chairs by the beach did very good job. Desserts in their cafe are great. Food and service in the dining at the rooftop was excellent. Room and hallways need upgrade.

L’hôtel est très bien situé sur une plage magnifique dans la station 2 près des restaurants et de l’action. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très professionnel, courtois et réactif aux demandes. Le transport aéroportuaire offert par l’hôtel est très efficace. Nous avions une chambre « premier » qui était spacieuse et bien climatisée avec deux thermopompes. Pour ce qui est des points négatifs, le matelas était inconfortable, l’état général moyen de l’hôtel, le buffet déjeuner était passable, la salle de sport était horrible et l’hôtel est très familial donc peu reposant. En somme, des enfants monopolisaient la piscine et le spa (lorsque ce dernier était fonctionnel) avec notamment de gros objets gonflables. Ils y passaient la journée. Également, il y a seulement une dizaine de chaises longues sur la plage pour tout l’hôtel… Si vous rechercher de la tranquillité, opter plutôt pour l’hôtel Crimson ou le Shangri-la à l’extrémité de l’île. Ceux-ci sont plus isolés et près de la plage Puka.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants. Everything in walking distance. Would recommend. Just make sure you arrive before dark as hotel boat transfer does not go at night, but they provide 3rd party service otherwise hotel transfer the best. Beach ok, a bit of rubbish, but short walk to other side of island beaches which were a lot cleaner. But preferred staying on this side. Great waters sports, including island hopping and sailing. Pretty much all water sports.

Love my stay with the District. Conveniently located between station 1 and 2 which means you get the best of both world in terms of less noise/traffic and the accessibility of all the nearby restaurants, club and bars. D’mall, Jerry’s Grill and Starbucks is just around the corner. Epic and Summer Place nightclub is also nearby. The District has an impressive breakfast buffet local favorites like fried garlic rice, fried bangus, Vigan longganisa, lugaw, pancit, lomi soups to traditional western dish cereals, bacon/eggs, fried chicken and pasta. This changes daily. Top notch! The rooms are huge and elegant. Bed and pillows are comfy. Super clean! Staff are courteous and attentive to your needs. The only issues I got was I made 2 reservations - one from their website and another in Expedia. I learned the hard way that booking other than their website will mean that you have to purchase the transportation separately. So I got charge extra 2,500 pesos or $44 dollars. Then, again on my checkout and need to use their van and speedboat to Caticlan airport I got charge another “extra” 1,000 pesos or $18.50 because I’m going solo and they need a minimum of two persons per trip. I don’t mind paying for the convenience of arranged transportation but at least it should be all mentioned during booking so there’s no surprises about all these extra expenses. Book on their website! Otherwise, the place is great! Love it and will recommend to friends and families.

This is our 3rd time to stay at this hotel and each time is an amazing stay. Staff are always thoughtful and very kind, always making us feel welcome…never had any issues with all of our stay. I’ve arranged our tours with them too to make sure we will be taken cared of. Massages are great as well. Pillows and blankets are super comfy…
