Nice and very clean

Staff are very helpful and courteous. Very Clean and convenient to restaurant and grocery stores.

Overall a very nice and clean hotel. If we return to Naga we will stay again. The only problems we saw or smelled is odor in the elevator and also odors in the restroom indicates possible plumbing problems

Concierge/front desk are efficient, friendly and nice. Parking staff are a great help in finding a good spot. I highly recommend UMA instead of the hotel across the street.

Convenient & close to everything.

Aside from the delay during check-in, it was good. But buffet was a bad experience - very few selection and low quantity. Also, the smell in the lobby and hallways (including elevators) was very bad - must be the kind of air freshener they use. They need to change it as the smell was really bad - like a dirty washroom.

Room size is perfectly adequate. Bed is comfortable. Laundry was crisp and clean. Staff were polite. Room amenities are ideal for an extended stay. Central location is unbeatable. Everything you might need is within walking distance. Breakfast served was of decent quality, although I was l underwhelmed with the selection. Absence of an egg station and/or bacon. Nice pool area for families, but not enough for laps/workout. Gym was adequately equipped.

You need to call the lobby for hot water EVERY time you want to shower. The AC turn itself off when you are sleeping, I needed to wave my hands at the AC in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet is ok but definitely overcharged. Internet was down for 3 days out of 4

Hotel is new but needs improvement! The one-keycard policy sucks! Receptionists need training. Pool not ready yet. Don’t stay! The only good about it is the location.

Such a beautiful hotel, and the staffs are amazing, foods are delicious too. Reasonably priced. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, I'm a clean freak so I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Hope they will maintain it well. Will go back for sure.

I travelled with my wife and I really enjoyed my stay here. I even booked another extra room for my mother-in-law. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and smell good. The staff are great and there was one bell boy who didn’t accept a tip and he said it’s his job to be of service. I asked for another tube of shampoo because they come in small tube and I was given at once, no problem at all. Staff are great. There’s a manager there too (we supposed) who helped us secure another day booking even though they are already full. She was friendly and always all-smile! Will recommend this property to my families and friends. Great job Uma!

This is a relatively new hotel. Staff are friendly, but are very limited in what they can do for guests. We asked to change 500 pesos for smaller 100 pesos to tip for our bell man and we were not granted this simple request. The reason: we only do this service for customers. I assumed that when we booked a room at the hotel that we were customers. Oh well, we ‘ll let that go. The shower amenities like shampoo and conditioner were in tiny tubes most appropriately suited one use only and by one person. We asked for more but were denied because it would exceed the daily allowance. Simply unsatisfactory. In our many years of travel and staying at various hotels, we have never been denied such basic services. Maybe, Uma Hotel is new and has to go through some growing pains to become better. But for now, I can’t fully recommend this hotel until it reviews its’ policies and become more responsive to its’ customers basic requests.

The staff here is the best!!! They are all friendly, respectful and accommodating. The property is very clean and the restaurant offers delicious food, buffet breakfast is also appetizing. Will stay here again the next time we go back to Naga City. Two-thumbs up to the people working here! Keep it up!
