The room is okay since it is a budget hotel. There was a complimentary hot water, hot shower, AC, WiFi, TV and a dresser. The staff were all nice which made our stay more okay.

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 of my friends here and all we could say about this hotel are good things! Convenience wise, its very close to the Vhire terminal, 3-5 minute walk, it also has a 7-11 store beside it. Also very close to a university, so it has cheap resto surrounds it. Comfort wise, the bed and the pillows are so comfy! too bad they only provide 1 pillow each, when we try to request another pillow which we're willing to pay, they said they ran out of it. Overall it was a good stay!

Medical Travel
Thank you very much USDA!!!! Even if we did not place make up room, the bell boy,knocked our door and cleaned up our room,change the bedsheets, towels and refill the toiletries. When we asked for hot water, it was served right away, within a minute after requesting. Great job! God bless always!

Located in Cebu City’s downtown district, USDA Dormitory Hotel is the first full-service dormitory hotel in the city. Its setup is suited for both long and short term tenants who want to enjoy the comforts of the typical hotel without having to go over budget. The hotel is the ideal jump off point to explore the best of Cebu City’s tourist spots and beyond.
Rooms at the USDA Dormitory hotel are air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen cable TV, free WiFi, in-room telephone, and private bathroom. Selected rooms do not include a TV, but offer access to the common lounge area. Some of the bigger units have a seating area where you can relax.
Guests at the hotel can easily drop by the 7- Eleven convenience store and Western Union money transfer across the street for their needs. There are multiple fast food chains and fun local food concepts located nearby.
USDA Dormitory hotel is also a quick walk to University of San Carlos Main campus, Sto Nino Basilica, and Magellan’s cross. Guests can arrange transportation services at the front desk.
You don’t have to travel far for shopping. SM City Cebu is three kilometers away while Ayala Center Cebu is a short 20 minute drive away. For tourist spots, USDA Dormitory Hotel is 400 meters from the iconic Colon Street and is five kilometers from the famous Taoist Temple.
The Cebu South Bus terminal – the main jump off point to explore the southern wonders of Cebu -- is located nearby. The Mactan Cebu International Airport is nine kilometers away from the property.
