The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly. However the breakfast buffet lacks selection and taste is just so so.. better to book one without breakfast and just eat out as there are lots of cafes and restaurants outside.

Location is great and the room was pretty new. It’s our second time to stay here and this time we were given a nicer room. One downside though was the shower’s sliding door which gets stuck all the time. But at least they had a heater for both the shower and the faucet. This is also one of the few hotels in Baguio which has air conditioned rooms. I was just a little disappointed with the breakfast selection during this trip. The food choices were much limited compared to last year’s selection. Housekeeping and other crew services were great though. We still had a good stay here.

The hotel looks great, awesome food. You just need to put an elevator on your main building. We needed to go through your annex building just to go up our room.
