It is good, recommendable to other friends
Loved our stay here, the free (plated) breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly especially at the restaurant. Our room was clean, it had a closet, desk, and chairs, the TV's big, and our bed was comfy (with 4 pillows!). WiFi's a little slow and location's farther from CBD than most hotels in Makati but would recommend/come back.
Once we enter the room, an insect welcomed us. The guy receptionist is not accommodating. The guy who escort us to the room did nothing to the insects. Floor of CR is very slippery like there's still shampoo and soap.
hospitable staff. probably i'll go back. ambiance is great and hopefully you can offer pool as well

Nice place to stay in Makati
We already checked in here for 3x already. Pros: -staff are nice and helpful. I asked for late check out (free of charge) for our visit last Nov 2015 and May 2016 -they made sure that our room was in the first floor (no lift) -the restaurant in the second floor has a nice choice of food (but a bit expensive) -offer cheaper rates Cons: -not near to any convenience store or fast food chain (need to call for delivery) -Windows cannot be opened -only way of transportation is through taxi/uber/grab Overall we had a pleasant stay in this hotel and we will still check in here if needed.

Cheap place to crash at the edge of Makati
It is what it is - a cheap Makati hotel, but right at the border with Manila. It's far from the Central Business district, but there are a lot of taxis that you can get to bring you there. It's mostly a place where business people who drive around would spend the night. It's not exactly a drive-in, but there's space for cars to park - if front of one another. This can be annoying if you parked at the end, and the hotel staff need to knock on your room to ask you to come down, and move the car to let others pass. It's quite no-frills - there's a very small reception area, and you are quickly whisked to you room upstairs. The place recently underwent renovations and added a new wing, so he decor is very minimalist modern - functional bed and furnishings, with a LCD TV hanging on the wall. Don't expect any amenities like room service or niceties in your room. This is solely a place to sleep, and maybe do some work. Wifi can be iffy, depending on where you're located. Do ask for rooms away from the street, because it can get noisy with the constant traffic outside.n

Wonderful stay!
I stayed here last week with my friend and it was awesome! The room was nice, air conditioning is good, friendly and accommodating staffs! Room service was excellent! But you have to ready your Php20 for room service charge!! =) My only complaint is when before i check-out, the water in the bathroom is not working PLUS I'm in a hurry to catch my Flight. I called the Front desk and the good thing is they immediately called the attention of their maintenance staff. I would definitely go back!

Great place to be in .... budget ... friendly staffs..and ofcourse very co-operative manager...
starting over in the first place i came down to makati as soon as i got off from the airport i went to one of the hotels stayed there for 3 days moved to angeles in another one stayed there for 5 days . and then when i was back to makati an awful experience encountered my i.e I got pocketed, didn't know what to do i went to the first hotel i stayed but they stated we cannot help.it was only a matter of couple of days then came down here explained the whole situation the manager Ms Rachael (sorry if i spell out wrong apologies) she help me out straight away. she understands that i am from overseas and people do face problems i was so tired after walking all the way from Pasig city (where i got pocketed) and as soon as i got entry into the room i dozed off t sleep in such a wild manner... that i woke up next morning.overall the people the staffs here are too friendly and how it has become like a home for me. i thought of getting into giving out business to these people with the rates too its really affordable and people who are looking into budget hotel they hotels come over to west makati tourist inn. not only that if u want to have a friendly and good hospitality experience this is the right place to be. i would like to thank the manager for her kind and moral support that she gave me.and also all the staffs and co-workers too. its very close to all the amenities foods good. there will always be some or the other thing lacking behind in every place but here u won't get anything as i didn't get it at all. guys make you are way out here if you are looking into get budget, place, food and high level hospitality. This is a real place to be .

Great budget hotel in the city
We have stayed here twice once for 10 days in August 2009, and for 2 weeks in July 2010. Great budget hotel with everything you need in a hot country- air con, fridge, en suite bathrooms, flushing toilets and running showers. Both times we have stayed here we were on mission trips working with feeding and education projects with the many slum dwellers in the city of Manila- this made the hotel seem even more luxury as a lot of places we visited- homes and even the malls did not have toilet paper, flushing toilets or showers and hardly anywhere has air con in Philippines, except the Malls, so coming back to an air con room at the end of the day was bliss. Also loved the authentic Filipino breakfast at the cafe. The hotel were very accommodating and put 3 beds in some of the rooms so that no one had to fork out for a single room. Also were super friendly in helping us order Mcdonalds delivery when we wanted a little home from home. ps. the hotel has a computer for guests in the lobby, with half hour free internet which is ideal for writing a quick blog or updating facebook each day. Would totally recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Manila on a budget.
