This hotel is stunning and conveniently located, with tons of things to do. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay convenient and memorable. When one of my excursions got moved and I had to miss breakfast, they even arranged to have an amazing lunch packed for me to make up for it. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I upgraded to the square/city view. IMO not worth it. It was super loud every single night way past midnight. The biggest disappointment was that no taxi or uber can pick you up or drop you off near/or front of the hotel. Some restriction monitored by the city. When you've traveled internationally & just want to get to your hotel & check in ... the last thing you want to do is drag all your luggage for half mile while dodging crowds in hot weather. The room was just okay. Wouldn't say it was a true medieval feel. The shower leaked on the floor every time we showered. The elevator was questionable. The breakfast very mediocre & IMO unsanitary. Unfortunately i would never choose to stay there again. Very disappointing.

Perfect location over looking the main square and all the restaurants. The hotel was very clean with a brilliant restaurant. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The room was quiet at night. Never saw any beggars or street sellers.

The best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Poland! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

Wonderful hotel 11/10!! The room was extremely clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was delicious, and the view of the square was amazing! I was worried about potential noise from the square at night, but there are actually two sets of windows so it is pretty quiet!! The room itself had so many little touches that made our stay super comfortable - wine on ice, free soda and juice, robes, slippers. We stayed in a junior suite and recommend it, worth every penny :)
