立地が良い。スタッフはあまり親切ではなかった。

ロケーションは最高。部屋も思ったより広く、ベッドも快適。ただ、シャワーを使うと、浴室が水浸しになり、シャワー室の水捌けが悪いです。 スタッフは笑顔で親切でした。

中央広場が一望できます。

The apartment was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Perfect location. Would recommend.

Very pleasant stay for three nights. Staff was very helpful and it was easy to communicate in english. Room was better than expected and location was perfect for the old town of krakow. Would visit again for sure.

Le jacuzzi dans la chambre est juste au top! La.chambre ets nickel. Le petit déjeuné buffet a du choix et il y a meme du chaud fait minute. Je recommande vivement!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful great location. We had a wonderful time.

I upgraded to the square/city view. IMO not worth it. It was super loud every single night way past midnight. The biggest disappointment was that no taxi or uber can pick you up or drop you off near/or front of the hotel. Some restriction monitored by the city. When you've traveled internationally & just want to get to your hotel & check in ... the last thing you want to do is drag all your luggage for half mile while dodging crowds in hot weather. The room was just okay. Wouldn't say it was a true medieval feel. The shower leaked on the floor every time we showered. The elevator was questionable. The breakfast very mediocre & IMO unsanitary. Unfortunately i would never choose to stay there again. Very disappointing.

This hotel is stunning and conveniently located, with tons of things to do. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay convenient and memorable. When one of my excursions got moved and I had to miss breakfast, they even arranged to have an amazing lunch packed for me to make up for it. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Eccellente albergo situato nella piazza principale della città, quindi centralissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile; camera ampia e luminosa. Ampiamente raccomandata.

Brilliant hotel, no complaints. The breakfast food each day was amazing and you really couldn’t beat the location directly on the square.

Super central, clean, windows well insulated, but not all noises can be removed

Absolutely loved my stay. Was a beautiful room that was very spacious. The bath tub was incredible. They had a bottle of champagne waiting for me when I got into my room.

Hotellet er lidt slidt, særligt hovedtrappen. Værelserne er lidt mørke medmindre man har bestilt ud til gaden. Men de er pæne og rene. Minibaren er gratis (dog uden alkohol) og fyldes op hver dag. Super lækkert. Placeringen af hotellet kunne ikke være bedre. Hvis man er så heldig at være der om sommeren er det fantastisk at indtage morgenmaden på pladsen foran hotellet. Rigtig fin morgenmad. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Har boet her 5-6 gange nu og kommer helt sikkert tilbage.
