Very nice experience

The location is excellent, tucked away about half a block from the main square, so it was very quiet. My room was missing some things I would have appreciated: coffee in the room, a better lighting arrangement, a shower easier to use, hooks on the walls for hanging things.

The Reception area and spa were great but the rooms not so much. We asked to change rooms as our first room looked out on to a brick wall only a few feet away. The second room was better but so dark. The lighting was very bad. The housekeeper had to use the torch on her phone to see the floor. There was only one pillow each and that was thin and empty. Nowhere to hang towels. It was, however, very clean and a good size. The hotel itself is very well located in the square. The staff were friendly, especially the young chap on reception and the breakfast staff. Overall it was fine but not the “amazing” hotel it purports to be.

Stylish and chic. Rooftop is amazing. Room was large and very nice but a bit dark. Breakfast staff were a bit slow. Gym was hot and limited. But I really enjoyed my stay here.

The chair and bed are low. Could have some type of creamer. While I appreciate the nespresso instant coffee would be good. Put Electrical outlets by bed and existing ones higher along the wall.

Everything exceeded expectations. Had a fantastic stay in Krakow.

Great location more or less right on main square. Pool sauna etc stunning. All staff friendly and hotel oozed quality

Avoid staying in a room on 5th floor, it’s under the roof bar- hear chairs tables scraping late into night and early morning if the are prepared for events. Restaurant/ communal areas lack any atmosphere/ not just lack of people but think how space is used. Breakfast very basic / poor service. Especially bad experience if there is an event in hotel and breakfast place taken up by them. Avoid paying the super high charge use the nice cafe right next door with a great choice of food and different coffees. Gym made up mainly of cardio machines/ no benches / weight machines and situated right in middle of spa. Plus side, staff really friendly/ lots of students that do best they can. Pool lovely as is sauna/ steam area Food in main fine dining restaurant was really good, shame that we were the only ones there. Excellent location - right in square / although does mean there is a lot of noise at night.

Great spot with a lot of charm. The place gives a mid-evil feel and is worth the price. I recommend.

Amazing property in an amazing location with amazing staff !!!!

The hotel was absolutely stunning. The rooms were very nice, beds super comfortable, and the attention great. My only complaint would be the gym, its sub par. While hotel gyms are not great, I would have at least expected a bench.

The hotel is amazing but the breakfast restaurant staff is so inattentive and rude. You literally have to go and find people to place order, keep finding them if you need anything but they are quick to appear to teach you that you can’t get your own hot coffee. God forbid you want to send your dish back… 5 stats hotel should also include 5 star service.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful aesthetic and kind staff !

What a beautiful hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor. Location is right off the main square. Pool was wonderful after a day sightseeing. Only down side was WiFi was very poor in the part of the hotel we were in. Not sure if it’s better elsewhere in the newer bit of the. Hotel.

Amazing place, facilities and location are excellent, food is good also. The only issue we had was noise, the bells of the church going every hour and then a bit of music afterwards and also just noise from inside the hotel could hear people talking loudly early in the morning.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, lovely spa and a great location for exploring the old town

Excellent - Best hotel we've been to. The pool is supper cool and spa facilities were great. The only thing that could make it better would be a slightly firmer bed and pillows.
