This hotel is beautiful the perfect mix of historic with modern amenities. Walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. The pool is very cool! Enjoy a drink from roof top terrace overlong the square. Highly recommend this hotel

Hotel Stary was a fantastic hotel in a perfect position in the centre of Krakow. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Only change I would make is to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Mycket fint hotell centralt i Krakow. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, vi fick frukostpåsar när vi skulle åka iväg tidigt till Auschwitz då vi hade missat frukosten.
Det som vi blev besvikna över var, att det som avisers som ett spa mer är en pool. Förvisso i en väldigt fin miljö. Dock var poolen kall och det var även barn som lekte där.
Så tänker ni att det ska vara en mysigt spa, kanske detta inte är hotellet för er.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic and we travel a lot. The building is of course outstanding, but more important was attention to detail from all of the staff. (Food was fab too). 100% come back when i return.

Dette hotellet har alt en kan ønske seg: det kan ikke bli mer sentralt, det er lett tilgjengelig/lett fremkommelig, en helt nydelig frokost med super kaffe, veldig komfortable rom og en estetikk som er unik i denne byen. Selve bygget er gammelt, men rommene er ganske minimalistiske i sin stilart, samtidig som dekoren er tidløs. Jeg kommer definitivt til å velge dette hotellet igjen, hvis jeg drar tilbake til Krakow.

We stayed at this property for six nights and had a wonder stay. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated - adjacent to the old town square with tons of dining, shopping and sightseeing all within a few steps of the hotel doors. The rooms were quite spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful interior and spacious rooms. The SPA facilities are charming and atmospheric, making for a truly relaxing experience. The massage was incredible — a big thank you to the gentleman with the magic touch! All the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. And the baked-in-house cake my husband ordered for my birthday was absolutely delicious.

Der Service in der Hotelbar war nicht gut. Man musste an die Bar gehen zum Bestellen von Drinks, wo zwei oder drei Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter miteinander plauderten. Niemand kam an den Tisch, um Bestellungen aufzunehmen, auch nicht für den zweiten Drink. Die Duschbrause und die Wasserregulierung im Zimmer ist in einem schlechten Zustand, zudem kommt zu wenig Wasser beim Duschen. Die gebuchte Massage wurde infolge Krankheit des Masseurs gecancelt. Ich hätte auf den nächsten Tag verschieben können, was nicht in meinem Sinne war. Warum sucht das Hotel nicht einfach ein Backup für den kranken Masseur? Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, das Zimmer sauber und gepflegt.
