Here is the Hostels OWN rules: 6. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m till 6 a.m. It is forbidden to use the kitchen or stay in the saloon during quiet hours and to have visitors. 8. Respect other guests. If the guest disturbs other guests or hostel staff, or is in any way offensive, he/she has to check-out immediately or will be removed by the police with no money retun. Yet for the entire three nights of my stay I was kept awake until almost 2am each night by kids screaming, shouting, giggling, banging doors, banging on the walls and running up and down the corridorr - right infront of the hostel staff! - who did NOTHING about it! Nor did the kids teachers! Yet when I had reached my witts end and eventually complained and asked staff to keep the kids in order, I was spoken to like I was the problem for wanting to get some sleep!! This is the WORST hostel I have ever stayed in when it comes to respect between other guests!! Everyone knows hostels are a general mutual respect for one another and you try to keep the noise down after hours. But not here - it's a free for all and you can ign ore staff with no action taken against you! Attached is the hostels response to me asking them to keep the kids quiet - some form of refund/compensation wouldn't go a miss either, especially when you know you were in the wrong for allowing the kids to act like they were in charge and tear around the place like it was some sort of zoo!!!

Room was a bit small for a private bathrooms were nice. Reception on 3rd floor is a bit hard to find.

Beds are uncomfortable, no AC, only one fan provided. Rooms are not cleaned properly. I specifically ordered 4 singles. I got 2 singles and a bunk bed. I requested more fans due to the heat and this was declined due to availability. Some of the sockets were wallking out of the wall. Not safe!

So I got a solo room. It was nice a big, the TV was small but it is what it is. I picked this hostel due to the reviews saying the internet was good. Which it was, till they changed the wifi channels a few days into my stay and it was wonky for a few days. The girls up front are nice and most speak English. They are helpful about things in the area. The hostel was doing remodeling, so they walls were being scrubbed and painted. The new color looks nice. That being said, I had booked this place for the wifi, and to work. That did not happen. I was place right above a shuffle dance studio that went on till 10pm everyday. I also was right next to the front desk where I got the pleasure of listening to loud men talk to the front desk all day and all night. Right out side my window would be the loud unsuccessful mating calls of drunk men, during the week, at 1:00am. This went on everyday, never giving ease for if it was a Sunday or a Wednesday. I could not sleep, nor hope to work since my job is all via chat and web camera. So if you came here to sleep, go somewhere else. 100%

As others have said , strange entrance way but the hostel is very well located . There is a lift to 3rd & 4th floor ( hostel) . The building is very warm which was nice in November . Staff lovely and friendly. We did book a private twin room though and apparently none were available so we were given a 4 bed dorm To use privately . I didn’t want bunk beds or I would have booked them , however they were very comfortable and the room was clean apart from snickers wrapper under the bed . If this was used as a dorm there is No where to lock your belongings . Used towels left in the bathroom for over 24hrs. Other than that clean with hot water . Kitchen area needs to be renewed , looks tatty . TVs only have polish tv on every channel , not even world news . I would stay here again due to nice location, friendly staff and it being warm and clean . Needs improving - curtains need to fit the windows !!!

Really close to the old town, clean, nice staff and a good budget option. Having said that it's on a busy road with a bit of an odd entrance and there's a dance studio below and no decent curtains so bring ear plugs and an eye mask.

I just needed a bed for the night. I git a single room which wass clean, warm and quiet. Staff were friendly.

Decent, cheap place to crash for the night. I paid less than $20 for a private room with shared bathroom - the beds were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the temperature of the room - very warm even for October. Otherwise, decent stay!

Good location, helpful staff and clean facilities.

nd a microwave and fridge. Only downside is some noise from frequent trams in street outside. However this didn't matter as I am an early riser. I also found the room quite warm and the radiators cannot be turned down.

The location is convenient.

Very good location and service. Kitchens perfect. Free coffee tee etc. Inexpensive. Sadly one of the emergency escape roots chained!!

Excellent wifi, wonderful location, clean, comfy rooms and bathrooms. Fabulous staff. Highly recommend.

Took me more than 20 mins walk and googled from train station. They have rooms on their main level, I think is level 3 or level 5 (with lift), and also they have more rooms at the lower level amidst other offices and a dance studio next to it. I was allocated at the lower level, with common toilet and a smaller clean and furnished kitchen. Pretty quiet and peaceful. Security camera allocated along the hallway and corridors for the midnight reception to monitor. Hostel is very well furnish, neat and tidy, comfortably looking out the window to the main street and a building across the street. About 5-10 mins walk across road to old town square. The lady managing the area during my check-in and stay on 21-Sep-2017 was friendly, helpful and very accommodating despite being busy. She had the window curtain fixed when I told her that is slipped.

Great hostel. First time staying in a hostel however did booked room with ensuite facilities. Good location approx 200m from old town just across the road. Hostel located 3rd floor of building with lift no problem at night time accessing just ring bell and use key provided. Very clean quiet. Staff very pleasant showed us around hostel and facilities prior to showing us to our room. Easy to find after using airport bus. Breakfast very satisfactory for 20zloty approx £2 you got an individual plated continental 2 crusty rolls cheese cold meat jam nutella spread slices of tomato and cucumber plus yoghurt very satisfying setting you up for a day of site seeing. Deco recommend this hosterhostel

The location of this hostel is great you are less than five minutes away from the old town. The staff is friendly and you can get laundry done for free. Got a great deal on this hostel and would stay again.

It was my first ever visit to Poland and I had a really good time. A beautiful city but unfortunately it was raining almost every day on my stay. Plenty of places to visit. The hostel was very good for the price that I paid. The receptionist Igata was really nice and helpful as well. Overall it was a Great experience ;)
