Here is the Hostels OWN rules: 6. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m till 6 a.m. It is forbidden to use the kitchen or stay in the saloon during quiet hours and to have visitors. 8. Respect other guests. If the guest disturbs other guests or hostel staff, or is in any way offensive, he/she has to check-out immediately or will be removed by the police with no money retun. Yet for the entire three nights of my stay I was kept awake until almost 2am each night by kids screaming, shouting, giggling, banging doors, banging on the walls and running up and down the corridorr - right infront of the hostel staff! - who did NOTHING about it! Nor did the kids teachers! Yet when I had reached my witts end and eventually complained and asked staff to keep the kids in order, I was spoken to like I was the problem for wanting to get some sleep!! This is the WORST hostel I have ever stayed in when it comes to respect between other guests!! Everyone knows hostels are a general mutual respect for one another and you try to keep the noise down after hours. But not here - it's a free for all and you can ign ore staff with no action taken against you! Attached is the hostels response to me asking them to keep the kids quiet - some form of refund/compensation wouldn't go a miss either, especially when you know you were in the wrong for allowing the kids to act like they were in charge and tear around the place like it was some sort of zoo!!!

Room was a bit small for a private bathrooms were nice. Reception on 3rd floor is a bit hard to find.

Reception staff were lovely and the bathroom was very clean. Wifi was slow in my room but worked well around the reception area, which was good. Great location too

Hebergement à eviter. Sa seule qualité est son enplacement. Le reste est indigne : matelas, partie commune, absence de clim ou de ventilateur etc.

Beds are uncomfortable, no AC, only one fan provided. Rooms are not cleaned properly. I specifically ordered 4 singles. I got 2 singles and a bunk bed. I requested more fans due to the heat and this was declined due to availability. Some of the sockets were wallking out of the wall. Not safe!

So I got a solo room. It was nice a big, the TV was small but it is what it is. I picked this hostel due to the reviews saying the internet was good. Which it was, till they changed the wifi channels a few days into my stay and it was wonky for a few days. The girls up front are nice and most speak English. They are helpful about things in the area. The hostel was doing remodeling, so they walls were being scrubbed and painted. The new color looks nice. That being said, I had booked this place for the wifi, and to work. That did not happen. I was place right above a shuffle dance studio that went on till 10pm everyday. I also was right next to the front desk where I got the pleasure of listening to loud men talk to the front desk all day and all night. Right out side my window would be the loud unsuccessful mating calls of drunk men, during the week, at 1:00am. This went on everyday, never giving ease for if it was a Sunday or a Wednesday. I could not sleep, nor hope to work since my job is all via chat and web camera. So if you came here to sleep, go somewhere else. 100%

Das Zimmer das ich gebucht hatte gab es nicht. Ich bin wieder gegangen, den vollen Zimmerpreis habe ich auch nicht zurück bekommen. Nie wieder!!!

As others have said , strange entrance way but the hostel is very well located . There is a lift to 3rd & 4th floor ( hostel) . The building is very warm which was nice in November . Staff lovely and friendly. We did book a private twin room though and apparently none were available so we were given a 4 bed dorm To use privately . I didn’t want bunk beds or I would have booked them , however they were very comfortable and the room was clean apart from snickers wrapper under the bed . If this was used as a dorm there is No where to lock your belongings . Used towels left in the bathroom for over 24hrs. Other than that clean with hot water . Kitchen area needs to be renewed , looks tatty . TVs only have polish tv on every channel , not even world news . I would stay here again due to nice location, friendly staff and it being warm and clean . Needs improving - curtains need to fit the windows !!!

Nieprzyjemny zapach w korytarzu i pokoju ! Cały czas wietrzyłam !

Really close to the old town, clean, nice staff and a good budget option. Having said that it's on a busy road with a bit of an odd entrance and there's a dance studio below and no decent curtains so bring ear plugs and an eye mask.

Jeśli nie wymagasz ekskluzywności to będziesz zadowolony/a

Największym plusem hostelu jest oczywiście lokalizacja. Przechodzimy przez ulicę i pyk jesteśmy na rynku. Należy pamiętać że jest to hostel a nie 5* hotel. Pokoje czyste, łazienki wspólne też utrzymane w czystości. Ważna informacja jest taka że na 2 piętrze znajduje się szkoła tańca(zajęcia czasami do 22) więc dla rodzin z dziećmi polecam jednak piętra 3 i 4. Natomiast jeżeli przyjeżdżacie do Wrocławia żeby pozwiedzać i wracacie po 22 to spokojnie można bookwac pokoje również na 1 piętrze. Część pokoi znajduje się od strony ulicy Krupniczej gdzie ruch tramwajów jest dość spory więc jeśli ktoś ceni sobie "spokój" to polecam pokoje od podwórka. Podsumowując Moon Hostel jest jak najbardziej warto polecenia ale po dokonaniu rezerwacji warto skontaktować się z recepcja i ewentualnie ustalić sobie lokalizację pokoju dostosowana do "swoich preferencji"

I just needed a bed for the night. I git a single room which wass clean, warm and quiet. Staff were friendly.

Hostel befindet sich in zentraler Lage. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und man findet die übliche standardmäßige Ausstattung eines Hostels vor. Der Zugang zum Hostel erfolgt nicht über die angegebene Adresse, sondern über den Hinterhof Kazimierza Wielkiego 27. Auf der Ebene unterhalb des Hostels hat sich eine Art Fitness-Studio angesiedelt, dessen technomäßigen Geräusche manchmal etwas aufdringlich sind.

Hostel położony iealnie w samym centrum. Miłe zaskoczenie - pomimo że obiekt dysponuje dużą liczbą pokoi jest tu cicho i spokojnie. Kilka kuchni z jadalnią eliminują tłok przy śniadaniu, plus za serwis kawowy 👌. Wprawdzie mieliśmy pokój z prywatną łazienką, ale w korytarzach jest sporo toalet i zamykanych na klucz pomieszczeń z prysznicami więc też OK. Zmienialiśmy hostel i zamiast tracić czas w oczekiwaniu na zameldowanie (lub dźwigać torby po mieście) Pani z recepcji udostępniła nam przechowalnię bagażu, co było dla nas super opcją 👍. Hotel czysty o zaskakujaco dobrym standardzie jak na hostel. Wnętrza odświeżone zachęcają do noclegu (bez pobudzania wyobraźni:co tu się wcześniej wydarzyło? 😳🙆😜). Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i będąc ponownie we Wrocławiu z chęcią do Was wrócimy🤗.

Decent, cheap place to crash for the night. I paid less than $20 for a private room with shared bathroom - the beds were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the temperature of the room - very warm even for October. Otherwise, decent stay!

Good location, helpful staff and clean facilities.
