Visiting the area for a friends wedding. Zakopane is a lovely place. The hotel was well priced, very central and excellent value for money. Staff where lovely and the breakfast was superb

The hotel needs some updating (particularly the twin beds!) but it represents great value for money, the staff are charming and helpful, breakfast is very good, there’s free parking (in the center of town!) and there’s free internet. The location is perfect -very close to main walking street with shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet - highly recommended.

Zakopane is a charming destination. We lucked in with this hotel. They had a man with a mouth organ every night (NOT the same as a harmonica) which was sensational. LOVED the location of hotel. Breakfast was good, staff were nice. LOVED our room. LOVED the hotel.

Hotel staff are very friendly, upon arrival we was allowed to check in slightly early.
Had a standard twin room, was a small room with basic low level beds, fairly comfortable.
Hotel is very clean.
Breakfast was of a good standard.

Missing part of the shower door. Very outdated furnishings. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable! No AC which I imagine is common in a mountain area but it was hot in July. A fan would have helped. Location was excellent

We arrived at 8.00am we went to leave the luggage at the reception but they gave us the room ,it was really nice and when we asked how to go to morskie oko lake they were very helpful told us from where to take the bus , breakfast was good too .We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room .

Four of us spent 1 night at the hotel. The staffs are very helpful on arranging our early check in and the room is nice and comfy. However, there's no kettle or fridge in the room and the bathroom wall is a bit thin so you can hear nearly everything that happen in the bathroom while your friend is in there. The place is quite easy to find because it's near a road junction with a bus stop nearby. There's also an outdoor ice rink and a good burger restaurant opposite the road, too.

It was a great location however we were very disappointed with the room. It was very small, bathroom was tiny, the door to the bathroom were squeaky, woke everyone up when someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. It was 2 adults and 2 kids staying in a room with no ventilation. Honestly, we felt we were suffocating, had to get up in the middle of the night to open the window for air. Also, sink was clogged, water had no pressure, it took forever to rinse my hair plus the water was changing temperature from cold to very hot while in the shower. The staff was very nice however not helpful as far as what to do; best things to see (we had only 2 days) or how to get to places. We won't stay there again, there is tons of places close by.

Week stay on Main Street of town. Great restaurant with discount for guests. Parking lot entrance 50 feet into pedestrian street. Older building with no elevator. Overall happy with stay. Free breakfast. No airconditioning cools down at night outside.

Spent time there with 2 daughters. V. Safe, very clean. Staff extremely helpful, speak fluent English . Room small with 3 beds, but again v. Clean. Very good location. Good breakfast. Owner gave us ride back to bus station in his own car. Really great stay, we could pay more for more fancy place, but why?

Nuestra estadía ha sido muy agradable, la ubicación es ideal en el centro de la ciudad, con acceso a transporte a unos 15 minutos de la estación de autobuses y tren caminando, en el regreso de Morskie Oko el autobús te deja enfrente del hotel, cerca a biedronka 2 min caminando y a todos los restaurantes de la via principal. El lugar cómodo, la atención de excelente, el desayuno fantastico, te recomiendo ir temprano para disfrutar de todo, pudimos dejar las maletas antes de check in porque llegamos muy temprano y un par de horas después del check out, lo recomendamos y volveremos! Y no pasaras frio en lo absoluto.
