We booked the hotel through Expedia. I did read the reviews and was very mixed. I had booked a double on suite room for two. On arrival at the hotel my first impression was of a load of empty vodka and beer bottles left on the table benches. They stayed in the same place for the four days we stayed. Nobody attempted to clear them away. The guy at reception spoke some english. He firstly asked me for payment which I showed him my payment receipt. He then said as I had booked a large room and they didn't have one that I can have two!!!! Firstly I just booked a double room. We were given 2 large key rings with a bunch of keys on. We were given a room with two single beds and a double room. The bathroom was along the corridor. Soley for our use but was advised to lock it. The bedding was clean but everything was worn, tired and old fashioned. It s in desperate need of refurbishment. The bathroom was the same. Such odd lay outs. The breakfast was ok. Basic continental breakfast. Not even a toaster. There was a odd smell about the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the location. 5* for the location. But I have since found far superior hotels in the area within the same price bracket. I did try to find alternative accommodation but unfortunately it was Christmas and the height of the season. So central accommodation was fully booked. Therefore, we had to make the best out of it. We wouldn't return. If you don't mind basic and a central location this is the hotel for you. .

Nuestra estadía ha sido muy agradable, la ubicación es ideal en el centro de la ciudad, con acceso a transporte a unos 15 minutos de la estación de autobuses y tren caminando, en el regreso de Morskie Oko el autobús te deja enfrente del hotel, cerca a biedronka 2 min caminando y a todos los restaurantes de la via principal. El lugar cómodo, la atención de excelente, el desayuno fantastico, te recomiendo ir temprano para disfrutar de todo, pudimos dejar las maletas antes de check in porque llegamos muy temprano y un par de horas después del check out, lo recomendamos y volveremos! Y no pasaras frio en lo absoluto.

Hotel staff are very friendly, upon arrival we was allowed to check in slightly early. Had a standard twin room, was a small room with basic low level beds, fairly comfortable. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was of a good standard. Would return.

Hotel hat super Lage.

It has the advantage of being in the center of a tour street. Athough the facilities are out of date, it is recommended for simple accommodation. But there is no family rm. recommended on the web for 4 people.Two rm. are provided and a seperate bath rm. is also provide. However, the staff are very friendly.

Visiting the area for a friends wedding. Zakopane is a lovely place. The hotel was well priced, very central and excellent value for money. Staff where lovely and the breakfast was superb

location perfect. staff very friendly. breakfast very good. lovely old building. beds are terribly uncomfortable which could be rectified with little expense which would add so much to a persons stay here. bar is never open.

The hotel needs some updating (particularly the twin beds!) but it represents great value for money, the staff are charming and helpful, breakfast is very good, there’s free parking (in the center of town!) and there’s free internet. The location is perfect -very close to main walking street with shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet - highly recommended.

Missing part of the shower door. Very outdated furnishings. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable! No AC which I imagine is common in a mountain area but it was hot in July. A fan would have helped. Location was excellent

We arrived at 8.00am we went to leave the luggage at the reception but they gave us the room ,it was really nice and when we asked how to go to morskie oko lake they were very helpful told us from where to take the bus , breakfast was good too .We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room .

Idealne położenie na samych Krupówkach. Czysto. Dobre śniadanie. Miła obsługa.

Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu.W centrum na Krupówkach.Pyszne śniadania.Pokoje economy są wystarczające jedyny problem to łazienka na korytarzu ale można z tym wytrzymać.Polecam.
