Great hotel near Praça de Comercio, which means very easy access to public transport! Hotel building itself + the room is clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. Would defs rebook this hotel.

Love, Love, Love! Location was right in the heart of EVERYTHING! The room was a typical small European hotel room. Had all the necessary comforts: coffee, water, a really great bed. We chose to eat out but they offered breakfast for 15€. A tram that takes you around the old town has a stop a just a few steps away from the hotel. The hotel can sell you a 10€ ticket that gets you around town on the old & new trams, metro bus & train as much as you want for 24hrs. It’s A LOT of walking up/down streets so the trams help. Overall if ever in Lisboa again I would stay at the Dalma again. Their staff, beginning with Paulo and Daniel were extremely helpful and professional. We are very grateful to them both for helping to make our stay enjoyable. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quality, affordable stay in the heart of Downtown Lisboa.

Locations was perfect. Close to the metro when you’re coming from the airport or to connect to any metro line. Rooms are small but very clean. And very close to the major sites. the cathedral, the Agusta Arch, santa Justa lift. And the famous tram 28 has a stop right outside the hotel.

Excellent Baixa location. Nice but small rooms. Staff not always present impacting service. Only crowded street parking with nearest garage several blocks away. Overpriced breakfast. Complementary half bottle of wine a nice touch.

It was such a cute fun decorated hotel! It was close to everything great location but safe! Great views of the tram passing by. Staff was also helpful, helped with storage and all questions.

Everything here was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful. The only thing for me was the room was very small. Two of us stayed in the Japan room and we had trouble finding spots for our 3 suitcases. Otherwise it was amazing. Location is great for walking all over.
