Hôtel très bien situé , tout près de plusieurs restaurants. La chambre était très propre. Quartier parfait pour visiter Lisbonne. Employés très accueillant.

Dalma Baixa es una muy buena elección para alojarse si uno va a Lisboa. La ubicación es excelente y tanto el hotel como las habitaciones son muy lindos y cómodos. El personal fue siempre super atento y amable y teníamos a disposición café y agua todos los días en la habitación. La única aclaración sería que es una habitación chica (está en un edificio antiguo) y que el baño está separado del resto por una puerta de vidrio esmerilada, quizás a alguien no le resulte tan práctico

Excellent location & staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are very nicely furnished, complimentary water and bottle of wine was nice touch. Bathrooms are very bijou but adequate - the obscure glass wall not to my liking but that's just me!
Good quality and choice at breakfast and regularly replenished, loved the pasties de nata !! Very small/tight eating area but if you pick your time its fine. Nice watching the iconic streetcars passing outside while enjoying breakfast :) :)

The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do. Tram 28 right outside the door. Maria on staff was great and helpful. Room was tiny and dark and a little weird. Bedside lights were bare halogen bulbs, light switch wallplate fell off as did the handle for the sink. The bathroom was large and modern. The breakfast was underwhelming and not worth 15 Euro.

Breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day. Everything was fresh and tasty.
I would highly recommend this hotel which is very well located in the downtown core.

This hotel was one of the best we've ever stayed in! The location? Perfect. The room? Small, but so efficient, everything we needed and we had street view, fun to watch people, traffic, and cable cars. Breakfast? Great coffee (and chocolate and hot milk), fresh cut fruits, fresh juices, fresh scrambled eggs, delicious fresh breads/rolls. Staff? Very pleasant and so accommodating! Even with a mixup with getting my refrigerated meds and having to leave them, they were willing to try to emergently get them to me or recover the cost (thank you, Marie, for offer!). We will definitely return

The room was small as was the bathroom. It was clean and was ready about 30 minutes prior to the 3:00 check-in time. The best part of the hotel is its location. It is easy to walk to sights and there were lots of restaurants around. I would recommend if you are visiting Lisbon.

Breakfast was very nice. The staff were so hopeful. Our luggage was arriving only the next day and the person at reception could not have been more helpful. Relieved a lot stress. The room was a nice mix of modern with Portugese accents. The location is also amazing.

Great location! Step out the front door for photo opps of the old trams! Very helpful staff. We had a street facing room and even with the soundproofing, it was a bit noisy for me. Staff very graciously allowed us to move to an interior room. Slept like a baby! Would stay here again
