ibis Lisboa Centro Saldanha

The hotel is in a wonderful location: great neighborhood, supermarket across the street, lots of stores and places to eat nearby, and great public transportation (including metro to the airport within 3 blocks). The staff was very friendly. We even had a problem with one of the beds and they went above and beyond to fix it very quickly. The breakfast was great! The room could have had another chair (had just one for a double room), and maybe a slightly bigger table, but it's very small details. I would have liked to have a mini fridge, but it didn't change my experience at all.

The stay was satisfactory for a 2-star hotel. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was decent. The room was comfortable for the price.

I spent 8 days at the Ibis Saldanha recovering from medical treatment. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was very kind and professional about my needs. Breakfast was healthy and parking was affordable and very accessible. I would like to commend the staff at the front desk and restaurant for their amazing support and compassion. They went beyond their normal duties to help me.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Would return. Breakfast was good, but hot selection was limited compared to other Ibis breakfasts provided in other countries.

El Hotel y servicio muy bueno, todos los empleados fueron muy amables y atentos. El único problema es el olor a cigarillo que entra de la parte de afuera hacia el area de descanso.

The room’s view is very bad very near the neighbours we couldn’t open the curtains and the window is small

Typical Ibis, basic.

Its a very good location . Transport / Metro are so convenient but Uber so cheap Staffs front of the house/ reception/housekeeping are all very efficient always bright even early morning continental breakfast is excellent too. Our flight not till the evening we have left luggage in the reception with small fee . I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent position and super nice breakfast

The staff were terrific but I found the room very basic - for example the bathroom commode was too close to the wall, there were ants and tiny insects around the bathroom and bedroom, the sheets were pretty rough and not soft at all - all in all very little value for the price I paid. Would not recommend this hotel. The food and drinks at the bar were good but overall I felt the hotel was wanting.

First time staying in this very diverse area. Supermarket Conveniently Opposite hotel. I had injured my knee and was given ice each evening At the bar. How very kind. Front desk, housekeeping Employees very accommodating . Thank You for Making my stay a memorable one. Dorothy Saridakis

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast options plentiful and delicious. Efficient check-in and check-out processes. Wifi is strong and reliable.

The location was amazing, which I really appreciated. The room itself was extremely clean, but it was very basic. It was a small room so there was no space for drawers to keep my clothes. There was a rack with a few hangars. No safe, kettle, mini fridge, etc. either. For me it was fine as I moved from another hotel after a week to this one, so I was only here for two nights. It served its purpose. The only issue I had was that they do not hold your bags for you for free. The lockers downstairs are paid and they didn’t work for me - transactions kept getting canceled. Fortunately the hotel I was at before was around the corner and they held my bags for me for the day until I was able to check into ibis after going to Sintra for the day.
