ロケーション：地下鉄の最寄り駅から徒歩15minほどの場所にあります。小さいですがそばにスーパーもあります。地下鉄に乗れば、市街地まではすぐです。 部屋：やや狭いですが、清潔感があります。 朝食：決して豪華ではないですが、おいしかったです。

I was staying at the hotel during the countrywide blackout in April and the team at the hotel was amazing! They kept us fed while other places were closed. The crew went above and beyond in keeping us safe.

Foi excelente! Os funcionários sao ultra educados e ajudam a resolver tudo. Foram gentilíssimos. Infelizmente houve no país um apagao, e estavam todos despreparados com insuficiencia de alimentacao…

El Ibis Saldanha es excepcional. Desde el check in el personal fue extremadamente amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Tienen un desayuno muy completo inclusive con pastel de nata y la cafetería está abierta durante la noche. Las habitaciones son modernas y con estilo y bastante amplias. Queda en el área moderna de Lisboa con transporte público cercano por autobús o metro y hay un supermercado enfrente además de múltiples restaurantes.

It felt more like a b&b rather than a hotel… considering we couldn’t have the breakfast as our flight was at 6am so we checked out early, it would have been nice if there was at least coffee or tea in the room… not the best stay for the money

Certamente a avaliação não foi pior porque a equipe é sensacional. Pessoas muito prestativas, simpáticas e dispostas a ajudar. Contudo, a limpeza realizada entre hospedagens poderia ser melhor. Ao chegar, verificamos muita poeira embaixo da cama e a parede ao redor da sanita com muita sujeira acumulada. Além disso, o espaço do chuveiro é simplesmente horrível. Não há porta e por mais cuidado que se tenha cai muita água pra fora, bem como não existe nenhum apoio na área molhada, tornando-se especialmente perigoso para pessoas com mais idade. Por outro lado, o café da manhã é muito bom e possui um horário estendido. Por fim, é importante destacar que a entrada do estacionamento é muito apertada, o que pode ser um empecilho dependendo do carro.

Lovely hotel , close to metro station or 10 mins bus into the centre. Clean and modern hotel. Staff were great especially Ireland in the bar. Would stay again. Only issue was no kettle in the rooms.

The Young lady that checked us in was really professional and welcoming. Te room was way to small to be acceptable, only lamps in the room and no real room main light. Nothin on the shower to prevent you from slipping, pancake machine was out of order for 2 days, and they won't hold your luggage for free as most hotels do. They have a locker on the underground floor on a fee.

Surprisingly spacious room and very clean.
