Great location and excellent room. Very surprised to stay in an Ibis that had so much character. Breakfast was also very good and the breakfast room has glass floors that allow a view to the old city underground—very cool. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Very different to other Ibis hotels. Building with a lot of character. Parking is a bit complicated and costs €10 a night. Breakfast a bit disappointing.

If I could give a mark more than excellent I would. We were so very impressed with this hotel - one of the best surprises of our trip. That ibis can take an old building, bring it back to life and turn it into a hotel without charging people a load of money to stay there is fantastic. Well done Ibis :=) We won't be returning to Chaves since it was part of a longer trip but we will definitely be looking out for Ibis Style in the future.

I would stay in Ibis Styles Chaves again. I would prefer on-site or closer parking and a bit more space in the room, but overall the hotel staff did a fine job of accommodating us and making us comfortable.
