ibis Styles Chaves

Very different to other Ibis hotels. Building with a lot of character. Parking is a bit complicated and costs €10 a night. Breakfast a bit disappointing.

Modern hotel, but small room, very very small bathroom, bed wasn’t comfortable. It okay as a place for a quick stop, but not a destination.

Great location and excellent room. Very surprised to stay in an Ibis that had so much character. Breakfast was also very good and the breakfast room has glass floors that allow a view to the old city underground—very cool. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable room, great shower, great breakfast

Loved it! Quick & easy check-in, comfy bed, clean room. Room was small, but there were thoughtful touches to make managing our stuff manageable (lots of horizontal space).

Unique period style architecture, central location, excellent breakfast and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

If I could give a mark more than excellent I would. We were so very impressed with this hotel - one of the best surprises of our trip. That ibis can take an old building, bring it back to life and turn it into a hotel without charging people a load of money to stay there is fantastic. Well done Ibis :=) We won't be returning to Chaves since it was part of a longer trip but we will definitely be looking out for Ibis Style in the future.

Priperty was very clean and comfortable. Only the check in was a bit if a shambles as we were charged twice for a one night stay.

I would stay in Ibis Styles Chaves again. I would prefer on-site or closer parking and a bit more space in the room, but overall the hotel staff did a fine job of accommodating us and making us comfortable.

Hotel ist frisch renoviert, modern und dennoch in historischen Gebäude. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Quarto limpo. Bom espaço. Não tem chaleira, nem cafeteira. Cama razoável. Travesseiro ruim. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Água quente direto das termas,segundo informações. Café da manhã bom,ovos mexidos, queijos etc. O estacionamento é um pouco afastado do hotel e a diária é de 10€. A noite( não me lembro a partir de que horas)até às 9h da manhã pode estacionar na rua do hotel sem custo. Bom verificar as regras de estacionamento na rua. Muito bem localizado. Pertinho das termas romanas e do rio. Voltaria mas levaria um travesseiro. Emanuel foi muito atencioso conosco. Precisando melhorar o colchão e os travesseiros. A entrada da frente tem escadas mas disseram na hora da saída, que tem acesso sem escadas. Bom verificar, se tiver dificuldade com as malas.

Personnel au top. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent. Emplacement de l’hôtel parfait. Parking gratuit en bord de cour d’eau à 5 mns à pied.
